Bob Marley: everything happens for a reason

Powerful people wanted Marley dead. They tried to assassinate him and failed. Later he got cancer. Eventually he died. In the end, Bob Marley was dead just the same as if he was assassinated. In the end, no one was accountable for his death. It was a WIN WIN for the powerful. Lucky for them he got cancer and died.

That is the "beauty" of a death by "natural" causes: it's nobody's fault. It is cruel fate, the vagaries of the human body, the mysterious genome.....

The American Cancer Society, just one of many organizations dedicated to cancer, is a billion dollar a year boondoggle that's been in place for almost 100 years. No luck with the cure yet. Perhaps you should buy something pink, as part of the research and AWARENESS campaign for breast cancer.

Who can say how many billions of dollars are poured into the cancer industry, each year, year after year; and hardly anyone raises an eyebrow and finds it odd that the brilliant scientists can't ever seem to find a cure, as our environment and food supply are continually degraded with pollutants, also coming from the laboratories.

To our mind, it is absolutely plausible and extremely likely that cancer can be artificially induced on a specific target. Is that not how cancer *always* develops? Something causes it. YOUR genes. YOUR diet. YOUR failure to exercise. YOUR failure to quit smoking those horribly addictive wads. Certainly we must realize that the causes, the mechanism of how various pollutants cause cancer, has been studied and understood with some of the billions and billions of research monies devoted to cancer over the past hundred years? Good luck doing everything right and avoiding the invisible cancer-causing particles coating everything you touch and breathe. Sorry about those invisible particles. Unfortunately, that is nobody's fault.

From there it is a tiny leap of the imagination to think that if powerful people wanted someone dead, and they wanted the death to be completely deniable, that they could GIVE the person cancer, very specifically, and then assure that treatments would FAIL to cure the person of cancer. Eventually the person would die, a slow death full of suffering.

In fact that is EXACTLY how Bob Marley died. The only thing you have to entertain is whether you think it is possible, whether the technological understanding exists, whether the malice exists, to GIVE someone cancer. And whether you think it was possible to do those things in the 1970s.

Bob Marley followed an 'ital' diet of primarily fruits and vegetables, and he loved to play soccer. Good diet and exercise. CHECK! He was just very unlucky then, to get cancer IN HIS TOE?

He was gifted a pair of suspect boots in 1976.

Lew Lee, a documentary filmmaker said; "People came by his house. There were always people going in and out. Someone gave Bob a pair of boots. He put his foot in and said "Ow!" A friend got in there - you know how Jamaicans are. He said, "let's get in here" - in the boot, and he pulled a piece of copper wire out. It was embedded in the boot." The assumption is it was radioactive because Marley later broke his toe playing soccer in London and when the bone wouldn't mend, the doctors found that the toe had cancer.

The boots were a gift from Carl Colby, son of the late William Colby, CIA director. William Colby was very much alive at the time.

Surviving an attempt on his life by a well-armed death squad at his Hope Road home in Jamaica, Bob was later given a 'gift' of a new pair of boots by Carl Colby, son of the late CIA director William Colby. When the unsuspecting Marley put them on, something pricked his foot. He then reached into one of the boots and pulled out a piece of copper wire. Many of his closest friends suspected that the wire contained some carcinogenic substance, since Marley contracted cancer shortly thereafter.

William Colby died a suspicious death, by the way, in 1996. William Colby learned a lot of secrets about the CIA and heroin, Israeli spying, and the CIA's involvement with child sex abuse scandals, during his time as CIA director between 1973 and 1976. He was scheduled to testify before a congressional committee when he suddenly drowned while canoeing at night.

It is important to note the timing and circumstances of the gift boots: a week after the assassination attempt, in early December 1976.

There has since been widespread belief that the CIA arranged the hit on Hope Road. Neville Garrick, a Marley insider and former art director of the Jamaican Daily News, had film of “suspicious characters” lurking near the house before the assassination attempt. The day of the shooting he had snapped some photos of Marley standing beside a Volkswagen in a pool of mango-tree shade. The strangers in the background made Marley nervous; he told Garrick that they appeared to be “scouting” the property. In the prints, however, their features were too blurred by shadow to make out. After the concert, Garrick took the photographs and prints to Nassau. Sadly, while the Wailers and crew prepared to board a flight to London, he discovered that the film had been stolen.

Many of the CIA’s files on Bob Marley remain classified to the present day. However, on December 5, 1976, a week after the assault on Hope Road, the Wailers appeared at the Smile Jamaica fest, despite their wounds, to perform one long, defiant anthem of rage directed at the CIA – “War” – suggesting the Wailers’ own attitude toward the “Vampires” from Langley....Only a handful of Marley’s most trusted comrades knew of the band’s whereabouts before the festival. Yet a member of the film crew, or so he claimed – reportedly, he didn’t have a camera – managed to talk his way past machete-bearing Rastas to enter the Hope Road encampment: one Carl Colby, son of the late CIA director William Colby. ...While the band prepared for the concert, a gift was delivered, according to a witness at the enclave – a pair of boots for Bob Marley.

Quick recap: One week after nearly being assassinated in a hail of bullets, during a full-blown CIA orchestrated destabilization campaign against Jamaica that Marley recognized and opposed with his music, the son of the CIA director manages to talk his way past armed guards, to get into the secret location of Marley's band, and gave Marley a pair of boots that stabbed his toe with an embedded copper wire.

Coincidentally, that same toe later became the source of malignant cancer that spread throughout his body, killing him.

Frankly, we are not sure what part of that is NOT suspicious.

Five months later, Marley injured the same toe in a soccer game. The toenail came off.

In his revealing book, “Marley And Me”, former Wailers manager Don Taylor notes that an unknown doctor came and gave Bob a still unknown injection in his toe right after the ball game was interrupted. Malignant cancer, originating in the same toe, was diagnosed some time after.

"Some time after" being three years later. The toe would not heal. Two months later Marley was limping and the toe had become so infected that a doctor recommended amputation. He had a skin graft performed instead. For three years he immersed himself in music, refusing medical attention while his health deteriorated. In September 1980 he suffered a stroke while out on a run in New York's Central Park, which forced him into medical care. His cancer diagnosis followed, which by this time had metastasized to his liver, brain and lungs. He quickly cycled through a few standard treatments before being referred to a doctor in Bavaria.

Marley was steered to Dr. Issel, a "holistic comprehensive immunotherapist," via Dr. Carl "Pee Wee" Fraser in Jamaica.

Marley's manager, Don Taylor (a man who made questionable decisions with Marley's money) wrote in his book Marley and Me that a "senior CIA agent" had been planted amoung the crew, assassination was the objective.

When Marley was diagnosed with cancer, he returned to Jamaica where he was referred to Dr. Carl "Pee Wee" Fraser. Fraser advised Marley to seek treatment from a Dr. Josef Issels in Bavaria.

Dr. Issels proceeded to torture Bob Marley, who was by this time loaded with cancer.

Dying.

Marley believed he was being poisoned and called Issels a mad man shortly before his death.

They cut Bob's dreadlocks off and he was getting all of this crazy, crazy (experimental) medical treatment in Switzerland. I know this because of Ray Von Evans, who played in Marley's group, we were very close friends. As Bob was receiving these medical treatments, Ray would come by every two or three months and told me, "Yeah, mon, they're killing Bob. They are KILLING Bob." I said, "What do you mean they are killing Bob?" "No, no, mon," he said. "Dis Dr. Issels, he's a Nazi!"

During Bob's stay at Dr. Joseph Issels clinic in Bad Wiesse, he was subjected to blood transfusions, hyperthermia and illegal injections of THX. He was put on a restricted diet until he weighed only five stones, his friends who found his weight loss alarming, felt the treatment was "breaking down Bob's physical structure."

But a very 'telling' conversation took place when Dr. Issels told Bob a story about a German friend who had advised Issels not to treat him, saying that Marley was the most dangerous black man on the planet. A strange (Nazi) acquaintance for an eminent doctor? Not really, Joseph Issels was an officer in the SS, a colleague of Joseph Mengele and had served a jail term for manslaughter. Mengele survived the war and enjoyed the protection and employment of the CIA.

Bob himself sometimes felt the injections he was given were poison, and in bad moments thought they were trying to kill him. When Bob was too ill to continue treatment and Issels sent him home to die, he kissed his teeth bitterly and said softly, "Dr. Issels is a madman." Robert Nesta Marley, the King of Reggae, had been at the pinnacle of his career and was in danger of inciting peace and unity when he died of cancer in a Miami hospital on Monday May 11, 1981.

Cedella Booker-Marley, his mother, visited him three times in the course of the “treatments.” She found Dr. Issels to be an “arrogant wretch” with the “gruff manners of a bully,” who subjected her dying son to a bloodless brand of “hocus-pocus” medicine. Booker-Marley: “I myself witnessed Issels’ rough treatment of Nesta [Marley]. One time I went with Nesta to the clinic, and we settled down in a treatment room. Issels came in and announced to Nesta, ‘I’m going to give you a needle.’” Dr. Issels “plunged the needle straight into Nesta’s navel right down to the syringe. [Marley] grunted and winced. He could only lie there helplessly, writhing on the table, trying his best to hide his pain. ‘Jesus Christ,’ I heard myself mumbling.” Issels yanked out the needle and strolled casually out of the room. Marley was left groaning with pain. “I went and stood at his side and held is hand.

“With every visit,” she recalls, “I found him smaller, frailer, thinner. As the months of dying dragged on, the suffering was etched all over his face. He would fall into fits of shaking, when he would lose all control and shiver from head to toe like a coconut leaf in the breeze. His eyes would turn in his head, rolling in their sockets until even the white jelly was quivering.”

Marley’s torment was aggravated by starvation. “For a whole week sometimes,” Booker laments, her son “would be allowed no nourishment other than what he got intravenously. Constantly hungry, even starving, he wasted away to a skeleton” – starved to death like an Auschwitz inmate. “To watch my first-born shrivel up to skin and bone ripped at my mother’s heart.” Marley weighed 82 pounds on the day of his death. The starvation diet must have devastated his immune system and rushed his demise, not prolonged his life as Dr. Issels and some biographers have contended. It also caused him intense pain. “It would drag on so, for one long painful month after the other, and every day would be a knife that death stabbed and twisted anew in an already open, bleeding wound.” The agony “wrapped him up like a crushing snake.”

So, the main objection of the "conspiracy theory" that Marley was given induced cancer is simply the inability to believe that such a thing is possible.

After all, everyone knows that cancer is a fatal disease, and Bob had it and died from it and that’s a great pity… but murdered? How ridiculous!

But since Fukushima, we have had an education about radiation. We learned that there are different kinds of radiation, and in some cases, a single particle of radiation can become embedded in the body, say in the lungs, and from there bombard the body continuously with deadly radioactivity, causing tissue to destruct at the cellular level, aka: cancer.

This is the mechanism by which a single, invisible, radioactive particle of plutonium can cause cancer.

Imagine if the copper wire on the boots had been tipped with a bit of plutonium, for instance. Imagine that the plutonium ended up in Marley's toe, through the tiny puncture wound. The toe would now be infused with a non-stop radioactive particle. Eventually the toe would become cancerous. Eventually the cancer would metastasize. And that is what happened to Marley. His toe had cancer, which he found out *after* breaking the toe in soccer. The cancer spread. He was given ineffective treatments. He died.

That is but one possibility that we can think of off the top of our head. We expect that the CIA has many options at its disposal for inducing cancer, along with heart attacks, multiple personality disorder, etc. We expect the CIA already had many of these methods since post WWII, since Operation Paperclip.

Bottom line is this: People wanted him dead. Then, conveniently, he died. Point A to Point B, with a long layover at Suffering City. You can believe it was all a remarkable coincidence, and bad luck, an Act of God, Mother Nature, etc.....

When he spoke he espoused freedom and unity amongst humanity.
He sang of brotherhood and inherent human rights to the masses.
The messages of empowerment were delivered in such a way that the transformative energy was evident.
The presentation of positive narratives, via the enjoyable and universally appealing medium of music, struck fear in the hearts of the elite classes.
Bob Marley was a potential game changer-

Who he was?

Robert Nesta Marley, born February 6/1945, to Norval Sinclair Marley and Cedella 'Ciddy' Malcom. Norval was a 50 year old British Marine officer and Ciddy was an 18 or 19 year old native Jamaican. Contradictory accounts portray Norval as either an absentee father or indicate that Norval did indeed marry Cidy, but, "family pressures" put an end to the mixed marriage.
I lean toward the marriage and abandonment scenario. Bob Marley did have his father's name after all.

Prior to reaching his teen years, Cida moved with her young son to one of the numerous shanty towns that had sprung up around Kingston, Jamaica. The infamous Trench Town.
Perhaps you may think it notorious?
Whichever the case, Trench Town became home to the young Bob Marley and was cited as being influential in his music & life. Trench town is considered the birth place of reggae music. Real Reggae.

Life in Trench town appeared to seed some revolutionary thinking in Marley's mind.
The need for justice, real social justice. Freedom from oppression. Tolerance rather then judgment. It also made Bob realize that revolution was the only way this was going to come about. Not the revolution brought on by street fighting. The revolution of awareness and love for humanity.

Those are YOUR human rights Bob Marley is singing about.
They are not granted to you.They are inherently yours. The instant you are born, you got 'em!
So, here we have a person of colour, also of mixed "race", preaching unification.

Have you noticed every time a real unifying human force comes to the forefront, that person is killed? That can't be a coincidence? How could it be? Think about that.

"Smile Jamaica"

The first Smile Jamaica concert took place December 5/1976, at the National Hero's Park in Kingston, Jamaica. The concert was organized by Prime Minister Michael Manley and his PNP (People's National Party)
Bob Marley, who by then was revered in Jamaica, was asked and agreed to appear.
Just days after posters for the concert went up, Michael Manley announced his election run.
By all accounts Bob Marley was aware of how this was going to play out politically and was less then pleased with the prospects. He did not want to be seen as endorsing the PNP party or Michael Manley. He wanted to do the concert for the people of Jamaica. That said, Bob's participation in the concert was perceived to be a coup for the government of the day.

To understand Bob Marley’s hesitancy at the assumption his participation was an endorsement of the PNP party we need to take a quick look at political situation on the ground in Jamaica at that place in time.

As briefly as possible, given the enormity of this subject

PM Michael Manley and his party had brought about a lot of change. The kind of change that would not go unnoticed in the US.

“Michael Manley had begun to adopt “socialist” stances and began openly criticizing American foreign policies and meeting with U.S. enemy, Fidel Castro, in the 1970s. Given the cold war the US was having with Russia, the CIA did not want Jamaica to be friendly with communists.”

His electoral challenger? Edward Seaga.

Edward Seaga and the Jamaican Labour Party, were largely known for their ties to the US industrial class.

"Seaga was accused by opponents of helping to foment a culture of political terror that bordered on civil war in the 1970s.

"Former CIA agent, Philip Agee, said “the CIA was using the JLP (Jamaican Labour Party) as its instrument in the campaign against the Michael Manley government, I’d say most of the violence was coming from the JLP, and behind them was the CIA in terms of getting weapons in and getting money in.”

And drugs. Of course, there were drugs. The CIA is notorious for drug trafficking.

Let's dig into the subject of destabilization, the CIA, drug trafficking and political hits a bit more in depth? There is some interesting information here.

You should read it all for yourself. I will drop some tidbits. Note the same names and players as at the present time.

From a "destabilization diary" One month in 1976

-January 2: The Daily Gleaner published an editorial replete with lies, half-truths and malicious speculation , titled ‘If he fails...' The editor of the paper was Mr. Hector Wynter, a former chairman of and candidate for the JLP. (linked to the CIA)

-January 4: The Us secretary of State, Henry Kissinger , left Jamaica , unsuccessful in his mission to dissuade Manley from supporting the presence of Cuban troops in Angola. Despite this failure, he assured Manley that there was no CIA interference in Jamaica, but did not add that the CIA station in Kingston had just been strengthened by the arrival of a new chief, Norman Descoteaux, a man with recent field experience in Argentina and Ecuador where it was thought other destabilisation campaigns had previously taken place.

-January 5 : As officials of the IMF and World Bank held meetings for a conference subsequently to be held in Kingston, violence erupted in the ghettoes of the western sector of the city, thus providing material for a number of sensational articles filed by the large corps of foreign journalists reporting the IMF meeting.

-January 6 : The Minister of National Security announced the apprehension of 19 members of a group of gunmen being trained for operations against the government.

-January 7: Two policemen were killed and three others injured in attacks by gunmen, provoking a stoppage of work at the police barracks until the men were personally persuaded to return to duty by Manley.

Just one week. One week! Acampaign of terror pursued against an elected government.

Perhaps you will recall in the opening post the comment about the common thread that runs from the past to the present?
As it was in Jamaica and Chile previously, so it is in Libya and Syria presently.
The more things change, the more they are exactly the same?

Quickly recapping-

We have the guns & drug running. There are changes being undertaken within a nation (Jamaica in this case) by an elected government, unapproved of by the Western Powers.

We have destruction of that nation ongoing via covert ops, drugs and violence. We have "shows" of violence for the Western media to dutifully report back to gullible western audiences.

During rehearsals at 56 Hope Road, Salewicz said a 'white bwai' came to the property and advised the singer to tone down his lyrics, and to stop aiming at a white audience in the USA; if he didn't, he would find his visa to enter America would be taken away. Then the man left, as suddenly as he had arrived.
Whoever this was,he would appear to have been acting under instructions from the US Embassy, if not from the CIA. Don Taylor was convinced it was a message from the CIA, who at that time had a close relationship with the JLP; this was part of a strategy of relentlessly undermining Michael Manley's policy of allying with other Third World nations, notably communist Cuba.

Chris Salewicz, who spent time with Marley in Jamaica, in his book, Bob Marley—The Untold Story published in 2009, offers new insight into the incident, which made headlines around the world.
He wrote, "No one really believed that Claudie Massop, Bob Marley's good friend, would have involved himself in such a treacherous move, Jim Brown, don of the JLP stronghold of Tivoli Gardens, and alleged godfather of the multimillion-dollar drug dealing Shower Posse, might have done it" to show his boss that he could be a trusted assassin.

Jim Brown and the Shower Posse? Jim Brown's real name was Lester Coke.

Lester Coke, also known as Jim Brown, one of the founders of the Shower Posse and a fellow champion and protector of the impoverished Tivoli Gardens neighborhood in Kingston. Coke was a political enforcer and bodyguard to Edward Seaga, the leader of the Jamaican Labour Party.

An aside. And an interesting one at that!

In 2010 the US indicted Christopher "Dudas" Coke, the son of Jim Brown/Lester Coke for gun and drug trafficking. It appears he took over the family business.

The ramifications of this takedown were huge for the Jamaican political classes.

After the shooting Bob Marley was only going to perform one song at the show. That one song turned into a 90 minute set. The performance was met with resounding approval!

Marley’s insolence would not be forgotten.

Bob Marley was amongst what you've often heard defined here as an extraordinary individual.
This is someone who creates revolutionary changes in the standards of culture and is so proficient at what they do it surpasses anything done before and sets a solid milestone. Someone this charismatic and powerful set the bar high in their achievements, and influences nearly everyone who comes in contact with their works. Positive and progressive influence of course is problematic for the social engineering control freaks and PSYOP perception managers, who wish to instil a landscape of mental enslavement and stupefied banality.

This is why popular art, music and film generally sucks and has been synthetically degenerated by the crime lords and paymasters who fund and are in charge of producing it. Revolutionary extraordinary individuals can not, and are not tolerated in this environment for the threats they pose to the system's power over the masses. Those who appear on the radar are either bought off, compromised for some personal indiscretions or discovered weaknesses, or physically neutralised via vice exposure, engineered accidents, induced diseases, suicide or through contracted third-party assassinations. Threats must be co-opted, or their power of influence extinguished by never allowing them the means to reach the masses. For if they do and are able to change the consciousness and steer it against the predatory cabals, they and their infinitely corrupt system will be destroyed, and the conspirators made to pay for their egregious first-degree crimes against humanity.

Marley was that person who was doing precisely that with his words, music, passion for justice and money to fund progressive causes. It was the sum of all of these that put him on the intelligence radar for it is they who are the enforcers, warning system and attack dogs for the international syndicate of corporate and banking interests who run this planet in its current form. Their dedication to spying on the masses to receive forewarnings of revolutions and spot incendiary extraordinary individuals is how we remain in this game playing the same role with little variations. The underlying truth remains however, that they are terrified of the masses and our potential to route their machinations and tear this system asunder once and for all.

1. Magnitsky was an accountant who died in Russian prison in November 2009 under unclear circumstances, while under detention for tax fraud on behalf of his client, Hermitage Capital.

Sergei Leonidovich Magnitsky was a Russian accountant in the employ of Firestone Duncan. Based out of Moscow, Firestone Duncan is a law and audit firm specializing in servicing the specialized legal, tax, accounting, and audit needs of foreign ventures doing business in Russia or with Russian parties. Magnitsky is almost always presented as a lawyer, which brings him under the protection of the attorney-client privilege. However as an accountant, no such protection exists. We have read countless times that Magnitsky was a lawyer. Lawyer lawyer lawyer. Sometimes we read he is a lawyer and accountant, acknowledging his accountant's training as a second mention. The half-truth about his role is central to the narrative. Whether he was a lawyer or accountant in this case changes everything.

At the time of his death, Magnitsky was in prison for tax evasion on behalf of one of his clients, Hermitage Capital. Hermitage was founded by William Browder and Edmond Safra. Safra, a well known Sephardi Jewish philanthropist, financed the construction and renovation of synagogues worldwide. Amongst his other financings were schools and hospitals exclusively of benefit to Israelis. He was murdered in December of 1999 during a deliberate act of arson, just after selling the ownership of Heritage to HSBC, one of the biggest banking groups in the world. Five years later Hermitage was hugely successful.

Browder portrays himself as an American investor from Chicago with British citizenship. However, Browder's grandmother was a Russian Jewess named Raisa Irene Berkman. Jewish lineage is traced on the mother's side. Therefore, according to Jewish custom, Browder is Jewish. Nonetheless, Browder presents himself as an American investor from the midwest, a self-made man bravely battling Russian corruption -- the kind of story that appeals to certain Americans.

Some kind of cowboy then?

In fact, Browder's family history includes his grandfather, Earl Browder, Raisa's husband and leader of the American Communist Party, and in addition, through Earl Browder and his wives and a niece, ties to Soviet intelligence. As a result of these family ties to the intelligence community, we expect that Browder probably has connections to the intelligence world, in addition to his connections to the banking world.

In reviewing the stories of the Safra murder, as well as another associate of Browder who died in suspicious circumstances, Edouard Stern, it becomes very clear that these people -- Browder's close partners and associates -- are extremely wealthy people. Stern, for instance, married into the Lazard family, one of the top banking families of the world. These are Browder's peers. Stern was supposed to meet Browder the morning he was discovered dead in a latex bodysuit in his penthouse Geneva apartment, a murder which shocked the financial elite. Many people thought Safra and Stern were Russian mafia hits related to business deals, but both mysteries were supposedly solved otherwise.

Browder is deeply connected.

Meanwhile a cottage industry has sprung up around Sergei Magnitsky's death, and the main purpose seems to be to shine a spotlight on Russian corruption, Browder's favorite topic. Browder and Jamison Firestone, of Firestone Duncan, play an active role in the quest for justice for their friend and colleague, Sergei Magnitsky.

On November 18, 2009, two days after Magnitsky's death, a letter was allegedly written by managing partner Jamison Firestone and issued to clients and staff of Firestone Duncan. For some reason in the letter, Firestone spelled his name erroneously as Sergey Magnitskey. How does this happen with a man you've known for 15 years, your good friend and colleague?

On the night of November 17, 2009 we lost our colleague and friend Sergey Magnitskey. Sergey was 37.

Sergey died in police custody where he had been held almost a year without trial or bail. He was held by a group of police officers who he had testified against; a group of officers who we believe committed a crime against a client and the Russian State.

Sergey died because he would not cooperate with criminals. He was repeatedly told that if he gave false testimony against his client he would be released and he refused. As time went on his captors put him in ever worsening conditions as a means of pressuring him to cooperate. His health deteriorated and after being diagnosed by prison doctors as needing medication and an operation, the police then increased the pressure on Sergey by denying him medical treatment.

We knew that Sergey was ill and that he was suffering. We did not know how bad his condition was but we did our best to bring his illegal detention and his deteriorating condition to the attention of the Russian authorities and we had a lot of help on the way. Despite our efforts and the efforts of many friends, the Russian authorities did not act and Sergey died of a condition that could have been cured with a simple operation and medication.

Many of you knew Sergey professionally, some of you had the opportunity to know him on a more personal level.

Sergey was a remarkable man. Honest, decent, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He had faith in Russian law and in Russia. He had a quite strength of character and in the end he maintained his integrity under impossible conditions.

There is a cry of shock and outrage in the press, both in Russia and abroad, and we shall add our voices to it. Like Sergey we believe that rule of law is worth fighting for and we shall do our best to see that his death has some meaning.

On a more personal level, we have lost a great friend; someone we all admired and the kind of person that Russia needs more of. We will miss him greatly. Sergey is survived by his mother, his wife and his two children. Their financial needs will be taken care of. It is the least we can do for our friend.

Ah, the rule of law -- always worth fighting for until the moment one gets pinched on the ass.

The Firestone letter lays out a case that Sergei's health deteriorated as a means of pressuring him to testify against his client, Browder. As it turns out, the cause of death is still not quite clear after all this time. Nor is it clear whether Magnitsky was healthy when he entered prison. There are many conflicting statements which, in itself, indicates that some parties want to muddy the waters and create confusion.

2. There is considerable confusion regarding the circumstances of Magnitsky's death.

Magnitsky may have had diabetes, chronic active hepatitis, and secondary cardiomyopathy.
He may have died from untreated gallbladder disease, calculous cholecystitis and acute pancreatitis.
He may have been beaten to death.
He may have had a heart attack, the "official" cause of death.

Magnitsky's supporters NOW focus on the untreated gallbladder disease, and the beating he allegedly received just before death, while admitting that he did have cardiomyopathy -- an enlarged heart -- which is a very serious underlying condition. Their story has changed over time. From the letter above, written two days after his death, they seemed confident that, "Sergey died of a condition that could have been cured with a simple operation and medication." The letter makes no mention of him being beaten. That would come later.

3. There are TWO competing investigations into the Magnitsky death. The official one comes from The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. This investigation gets very little press while coming under constant attack from the other investigation, the so-called "independent" investigation, run by a citizen's group / human rights organization with the official sanction of President Medvedev: the President's Human Rights Council report. The two investigations are generally at odds. Browder and Firestone support the "independent" investigation. The Investigative Committee dismisses it. News reports further add to the confusion by referring to the "independent" report as the President's report, and in general using terms that conflate and obscure the fact that there are TWO competing investigations.

In documents issued on 14 July 2011, Investigator Boris Kibis of the Central Federal District of the Russian Interior Ministry stated that the official position of the Russian Interior Ministry is that the President’s Human Rights Commission report was “inadmissible” and the officials in the Magnitsky case have committed no wrongdoing. Furthermore, Kibis concluded there is no basis to open a criminal case against them....These latest conclusions by the Russian Interior Ministry fully contradict the findings by the President’s Human Rights Council, which determined Magnitsky was arrested unlawfully, denied medical care, and beaten to death in custody. The Human Rights Council further concluded that the $230 million theft from the Russian Treasury that was perpetrated by Interior Ministry officials – as exposed by Magnitsky prior to his arrest and death – has not been properly investigated. Unfortunately, we can't find the "documents issued on July 14, 2011" because the documents are not press releases but rather letters addressed to Browder's lawyers, and to our knowledge they have not been released in full or even authenticated by the Russian Interior Ministry.

A New York Times story published in December 2010 reveals many interesting details about the case, while promoting the findings of the scrappy, underdog human rights panel.

A citizen watchdog group took the lead by starting an independent investigation. Heading up this "obscure oversight panel" is a veteran human rights activist named Valery V. Borshchev. Borshchev has become a prominent figure in news coverage of the case. This "obscure oversight panel" became the President's Human Rights Council.

In fact, as the NYT article explains, Medvedev demanded that an investigation commence, and this independent group headed up by Borshchev used that Medvedev announcement as an "umbrella" protection to go into the prison and demand access. Thus did Medvedev facilitate the private inquiry which now opposes the official inquiry.

In a country ruled more by commands than by laws, a command had gone out: This time someone would have to be punished.

So the inspectors walked into Butyrskaya with uncommon confidence.
“We could cover ourselves with this comment and say, ‘The president demanded an investigation,’ ” said Lyubov V. Volkova, deputy head of the panel, known as the Public Oversight Commission. “It was like an umbrella. We could go in and say, show us this, show us that. We are under this umbrella.”

That was very helpful of Mr. Medvedev, or it was very brazen of the panel, or both. Certainly an investigation was already underway by the Russian authorities. But since Magnitsky died in prison, the Russian authorities were under accusation and therefore Browder and Firestone jumped on the need for an "independent" investigation. Lucky for them Mr. Borshchev and his scrappy team of old ladies were there to help.

We think Mr. Borshchev makes for a very good gatekeeper. Mr. Borshchev, who happens to have a long record of supporting certain causes.

4. We do not know what happened to Magnitsky in the final hours. People behaved strangely. Basic facts are in dispute. Information has gone missing.

According to the NYT article, one of the doctors who saw Magnitsky the Friday before he died (he died the following Monday) thought that he had acute pancreatitis. She went home for the weekend. This unidentified female doctor transferred Magnitsky to another prison on Monday, Matrosskaya Tishina prison, where he met a surgeon, Dr. Aleksandra V. Gaus, who noted his symptoms of acute pancreatitis and prepared to send him for treatment. However at the last moment, before sending the violently ill man for treatment, something strange happened. Dr. Gaus changed her mind.

At 7 p.m., Dr. Gaus said, he started to act erratically, and she changed her mind, determining that he was suffering from “acute psychosis and persecutory delusions.” She called a team of eight guards to forcibly subdue him, and they handcuffed him to the bed in an isolation cell to wait for a psychiatric emergency team. An hour and a half later, officials said, he collapsed when the psychiatrist was examining him, and was rushed to intensive care for resuscitation. He was declared dead at 9:50 p.m.
Mr. Borshchev was mulling over this account when he got a startling phone call. A few days earlier, he had left his card for the psychiatrist who was present at Mr. Magnitsky’s death. On the phone was the psychiatrist, Dr. Vitaly V. Kornilov, who told a different story: He and his team had been forced to wait at the clinic’s outer gates for a full hour — roughly from 8 until 9 p.m. — before they were allowed inside.

That is most interesting. Dr. Gaus changed her mind about treating him for his acute pancreatitis and ordered him handcuffed to a bed to await a team of psychiatrists, due to the fact that he was behaving erratically. The team reportedly took a long time to arrive. After 90 minutes he collapsed and died, reportedly while being examined by a psychiatrist, Dr. Vitaly Kornilov, who later told Borshchev that he was not examining Magnitsky when he died because he was forced to wait outside by the prison staff.

In another account of the case, we read that Magnitsky's condition deteriorated on the ambulance ride from one prison to the other, indicating that something unusual may have happened to him in the ambulance....?

By November 2009, he got worse, and doctors decided to transfer him back to Matrosskya Tishina for a more qualified treatment. Magnitsky got to the ambulance on his feet, and was feeling fairly well. Upon arrival, he suddenly fell into a fit of paranoid delusion; his condition quickly deteriorated.

Interestingly, the Russian authorities have recently charged two other doctors in the case with negligence and carelessness: Larisa Litinova and Dmitry Kratov. Others may be charged. These two doctors are on the Cardin list of 60 Russian officials subject to travel bans and asset freezes by the US.

WHY would Magnitsky suddenly start behaving as though suffering from acute psychosis? Why did Dr. Gaus not proceed to transfer the acutely ill man to hospital? Were his symptoms caused by severe pain or by something else? Could Dr. Gaus or someone else have drugged Magnitsky, causing him to have a psychotic episode and causing his death from heart failure? Who else had access to Magnitsky? Who was with him in the ambulance? Was the psychiatrist Kornilov present with Magnitsky at the time of death, or was he detained at the gates?

According to the NYT, the Investigative Committee says (no link from the NYT) that a coroner examined Magnitsky's body 12 hours after death and found his death "sudden and unpredictable as a lightning strike." The cause: heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy. Doctors found no evidence of pancreatitis. Dozens of doctors examined the case and found that, “The drawbacks in medical aid given to Magnitsky have no connection to his death.” To be clear, they seem to admit that he suffered drawbacks in medical aid, but that these lapses did not cause his death. Thus, SOMETHING ELSE must have caused his death. Nonetheless, that could not be determined either, due to the many contradictory statements and actions in the weeks before his death, such as:

None of the doctors showed concern over his heart, and diagnostic work done three weeks previous showed no heart disease.
No blood samples were taken when he arrived at the hospital, and little toxicology screening was done after his death.

Regrettable, especially about the toxicology screening. Also, confusing!

So it is difficult to know whether his symptoms were caused by septic shock, an overdose of some agent, or some other form of poisoning. And there was little explanation for the fact that he had been left in a cell for more than an hour in a state of acute distress.

It would seem to us, based on the facts as far as we can ascertain them, that poisoning can not be ruled out. In fact, the Moscow Times noted in July that Russians speculate about a possible doctors' plot. Note Borshchev still pushing for more people to be punished, including Alexei Anichin, who just a few weeks later was reassigned by Medvedev.

Russia’s Investigative Committee has blamed prison doctors for the death of lawyer Sergei Magnitsky – the first time the country’s law enforcement agencies have admitted he was killed unlawfully.

The announcement is prompting Russian media to speculate that a new “doctors’ plot” is being hatched to find a scapegoat in the case – a reference to Stalin’s last purge shortly before his death in 1953, in which Jewish doctors were accused of trying to poison the dictator.... “It was said earlier that [Magnitsky] died on his own, that nobody was to blame. Now it is at least acknowledged that he wasn’t provided with medical care,” Valery Borshchev, a member of the Moscow Helsinki Group, told The Moscow News. “Now the doctors’ fault is admitted, which is right because they are indeed guilty. But it’s still not enough. The investigators are to blame too, including Investigation Committee [official] Alexei Anichin, Matrosskaya Tishina governor Alexei Potapenko and Butyrka prison governor Dmitry Komnov.”
Borshchev said law enforcement agencies had yet to properly consider evidence that Magintsky was beaten to death in jail, and to probe officials involved in investigating Magnitsky’s death who themselves were accused by Magnitsky and Browder of fraud.

However, we must ask if some of these doctors did indeed cause Magnitsky's death, and if so, which ones, and if so, CUI BONO?

5. Contrary to the cottage industry narrative about the Russian authorities causing Magnitsky's death to cover up their own corruption, the Investigative Committee had a strong case against Magnitsky. The case ended upon his death, which was obviously a bad development for the Russian government. Bill Browder, on the other hand, had a motive to see Magnitsky dead: self-preservation. Browder gained from Magnitsky's death. The case against Magnitsky ended, and in addition, the suspicious death began a whole new rousing round of Russian Corruption.

The case against Magnitsky ENDED upon his death, ending the case prepared by the Russian government. Although the Russian government has very recently decided to reopen the case, which we expect to keep things interesting. Especially since, according to reports summarized at Russian Mafia, the Interior Ministry had a very strong case against Magnitsky.

In “Hermitage” it was thought that Magnitsky in prison was put under pressure to make him testify against Browder, but he did not give up, and he paid for this. Colleagues of Magnitsky required attracting to criminal liability for defamation the Deputy of Interior Minister Alexey Anichin. After the death of Magnitsky, Anichin stated that all charges against the late are almost proven, but there was no court, and therefore he had no right to say this publicly.

Perhaps it comes as no surprise that Mr. Anichin has recently been reassigned by Mr. Medvedev. He is also on the Cardin list of Russian officials banned in the US for complicity in Magnitsky's death. Is Mr. Anichin a corrupt official, or simply a competent one?

President Dmitry Medvedev has replaced several top officials in the Interior Ministry over the weekend in one of the biggest reshuffles the ministry has seen in recent years.
Three of the four dismissed generals are Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev’s deputies: first deputy Yevgeny Shkolov, criminal police chief Mikhail Sukhodolsky and the head of the Interior Ministry’s Investigative Committee, Alexei Anichin.
Anichin has been named as a key figure in the case of Hermitage lawyer Sergei Magnitsky, who died in 2009, sparking an international outcry. His name has appeared in a list from US Senator Ben Cardin of allegedly corrupt Russian officials who should be denied US visas. In the list, Anichin is described as having “authorized a repressive criminal case against… Magnitsky on fabricated grounds.”

Just this past November, Russian authorities shook another witness out of the bushes in Ukraine, Vyacheslav Khlebnikov, general director of a Tatarstan-based company who confessed and implicated Magnitsky. Team Hermitage denies the charges and calls Khlebnikov a criminal.

The same week Russian police spokesperson Irina Dudkina gave a press conference in which she explained the evidence against Magnitsky:

Russian prosecutors insisted on Monday that Sergei Magnitsky, the lawyer who defended a British hedge fund in Russian courts in a tax evasion case, was the financial mastermind behind a huge fraud, and not just a lawyer.
"Magnitsky was an economist and worked as an accountant and auditor. In this capacity he devised tax evasion schemes," police spokesperson Irina Dudkina said at a press conference.

Story: On the eve of the anniversary of Hermitage Capital lawyer Sergei Magnitsky's death in a Russian prison, Russia's Interior Ministry reiterated its position that Magnitsky was not a whistleblower, but himself the author of a scheme to cheat the Russian government out of 5.6 billion rubles (180 million USD) in tax revenue.
The 37-year-old anti-corruption lawyer, who said he had discovered Hermitage-owned companies had been raided by crooked cops and used to defraud the Russian government of 230 million USD in taxes, was arrested in the summer of 2008 and placed in a cramped cell where rights advocates say he was denied medical care. Magnitsky died in Moscow's 'Matrosskaya Tishina' pre-trial detention centre on November 16, 2009.
Ministry spokesman Irina Dudkina on Monday (November 15) revealed scans of documents she said Magnitsky had forged, complete with official stamps bearing the name of his company "Duncan Firestone". She also showed a large chart outlining the different banks and companies she said helped launder money in schemes in which he allegedly participated.
"In this case, Magnitsky was an accountant and took part in developing schemes for tax evasion. That 's why it is impossible in this case to maintain that he was just carrying out orders from his employers without realizing the final goal of his activities. He was fully informed of what they were trying to achieve," Dudkina said.
Magnitsky's death drew international attention, prompting Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to push through a law allowing suspects in economic crimes to be released on bail. Last Friday (November 12), the anti-corruption group Transparency International awarded Magnitsky its "Integrity Award."
Dudkina did answer a question on the investigation into Magnitsky's death, saying experts confirmed he died of heart failure, and further investigation results would be published by the government's committee of investigation.

From the above links we can glean certain details of the case against Magnitsky.

We learn that Browder hired expensive Russian lawyers who could have had Magnitsky moved, but did nothing.

According to a Latin wisdom: “done by the one who profits.” Dead Magnitsky could bring the dividends only to his former employer, owner of the Investment Fund “Hermitage Capital Management” William Browder. From the safety of his London location, Browder hired influential attorneys for Magnitsky from the Moscow-based law firm “Gridnev and Partners”. These high-profile lawyers would have no problem arranging better conditions for Magnitsky in jail, but they did not spend a dime on it. Their real job was not to save Magnitsky, instead they were hired to protect Browder. Before Magnitsky died, no one spoke about his indictment. Browder and the lawyers made sure not to attract media’s attention to the case. After Magnitsky’s death, however, Browder made him a scapegoat.

We learn that Browder and Magnitsky hired disabled people and Afghan veterans as fake "financial analysts," destitute people, paying them about $16 dollars a month, and collecting government subsidies for creating jobs for veterans and the disabled.

Using these people Browder made millions for himself, and created an investment portfolio worth 4 billion dollars. He paid the invalids 500 rubles a month (about $16) when minimum legal wage was 4,000 rubles (about $130). Now these people are considered criminals and they are testifying against him.

Here is a good summary of the case. Note the EVIDENCE.

Hermitage worked in Russia through a network of around 20 companies that were scattered throughout Russia. The attention of the police was drawn to those registered in Kalmykia, a local offshore zone at the time. All foreign investors encountered the same problem in 1997, when they were forbidden from trading in Gazprom stock on the Russian stock exchange. They could still buy it legally, as Gazprom ADR were traded in London, but the difference between quotes was more than 333% when the ADR were initially issued. The ban was imposed in order to help the government consolidate ownership of the gas giant. Such a promising profit margin made foreign investors look for alternatives, and they were easily found. “Grey” schemes of cross-ownership were widely used, and Hermitage was no exception. They opened two companies, “Saturn Investments” and “Dalnaya Step”, in Kalmykia; Browder was appointed CEO of both the companies. In order to minimize taxes they hired 4 disabled persons as financial analysts, 2 for each company, which made the companies eligible for additional tax remissions. One of the analysts turned out to be mentally handicapped – apparently this is the secret to beat Wall Street, I’m just little surprised that Goldman Sachs and Bank of America don’t use this winning strategy. As a result, companies paid only a 5.5% tax rate, instead of a full 35%. Thus, Hermitage violated the following laws: 1) the ban on trading in Gazprom stocks; 2) the requirements of the special tax zone, as none of the profits were invested in Kalmykia; 3) the application of the tax remissions, as all the disabled persons were on the payroll nominally (here are their testimonies: 1,2,3,4). The whole scheme was developed by Magnitsky himself; all entries in disabled persons’ employment record books were made in his handwriting, and signed by Browder (1,2). Later, the description of the scheme was found in Magnitsky’s seized computer. Hermitage claims that they weren’t involved in tax evasion, providing as a proof the stamp of the local tax office on their tax declaration. But that doesn’t make the scheme they were using legal, it simply meant that taxes were calculated correctly, according to the rate chosen by the taxpayer.

Browder set up companies as special-purpose vehicles in the offshore drilling territory of Kalmykia. He put his foreign investors money in these companies and bought the Gazprom shares at a low price, skirting the rules on foreign ownership of Gazprom stock.

Through this scheme, instead of the assessed 15% tax on dividends, he paid only 5%. He avoided the 24% regional tax on income, and to cut the Federal tax in half, he “hired” the veterans and the disabled. As a result, he paid 5.5% to the Russian Treasury instead of 38%.

Five-point-five percent instead of thirty-eight percent? Sounds like TAX EVASION to us. Maybe we misunderstand. But we presume these are the sorts of things discovered and documented by the Russian Interior Ministry, by the people on Ben Cardin's list.

Wait there's more.

From just two of his Kalmyk firms Saturn Investments and Far Steppe, Browder was able to obtain fraudulent tax refunds from the Russian Treasury for $20 million. There are also Orient K, Oasis M, Reland, Cameo and others that no one looked into. But Browder did not only cheat Russia. He also cheated his own investors. In the memorandum of the investment fund Hermitage Capital Management, Browder declared to his investors that the taxes were 38%.
Browder was able to close the Saturn Investments’ case with the help of bribing, but he wasn’t so lucky with Far Steppe, the judge handling the case turned out to be an honest one. So Browder filed bankruptcy for Far Steppe and stole the money of his investors by moving it through two small banks into “temporary” companies. $25.8 million were lost in Browder’s endless Kalmyk Steppe.

Stealing from the Russian people... stealing from his investors..... ?

We wonder who these investors might be and whether they would appreciate such behavior. It seems odd that we don't hear anything about the investors getting screwed.

We learn that some of the money used to set up these companies came from NY banks.

What exactly was Browder’s “business” about? Through these special-purpose Kalmyk firms he purchased papers of strategic Russian companies: Sberbank, Surgut Neftegaz, Rosneft, Gazprom. The money for this came not only from the Investment fund Hermitage Capital, but also from mysterious sponsors in New York, whose address matches with the corporate headquarters address of CitiBank, which is known for its connections to FBI. When Browder gained control of majority of stock of the Russian Corporations, he started blackmailing them with lawsuits and attempting to control their financial operations. Browder prohibited Sberbank from issuing additional shares. He did not let Rosneft raise its capital and interfered during its merge with Ugansk Neftegaz. He forced Surgutneftegaz to sell its dominant shareholders package. Just one of Browder’s Kalmyk companies, Reland, filed 4 lawsuits against Gazprom. Browder’s business strategy: the worst Russian economy is doing, the better it is for his American sponsors.

In November of 2005 Browder was expelled from Russia and refused a re-entry visa. However as Head of the Moscow branch of Hermitage Capital, he found a way to work in Russia on a guest visa. He considered it unnecessary to comply with the laws and rules of this country. He was sure that he can solve all his problems with money. The criminal case against Browder for unpaid taxes in Kalmykia was opened in 2004. Eight times he was able to close it with bribes. Only in four years, in February of 2008 the case was finally reopened. He is scared to death of the open trial and international warrant, that’s why from his faraway London location he announced that anybody who had anything to do with discovering his fraudulent and criminal activities are corrupted and are Magnitsky’s murderers. He makes media appearances, and with his ally American Senator Benjamin Cardin he creates “blacklists”. Remarkably, he developed an amnesia regarding the disabled Russian veterans that he used and incriminated. But the name of Magnitsky, whom he left to die in jail, he repeats like a magic spell, every chance he gets. While Sergei Magnitsky was locked up in jail, Browder traveled the world. He visited South Africa and Arab Emirates. In the luxurious Carlton Towers hotel he held an extravagant farewell for the vanished in prison Magnitsky.
Today Browder keeps lying to his investors and to the entire world, covering up his tax fraud and criminal activity with Magnitsky’s name. This is called the bloody PR…

6. The tax refund of $230 million is at the center of the case. Browder claims it was stolen by corrupt Russian officials, high level operatives basically, who raided Firestone Duncan's offices, stole company stamps, used them to set up false documents, then applied for a refund from the tax office, which refund was processed with unheard of speed.

Russian police say they have closed the case file on the country's largest tax fraud. It occurred on December 24 in 2007, when Moscow tax officials approved a same-day refund of 5.4 billion rubles -- or $230 million -- to a gang masquerading as officers of Hermitage Capital, once the largest hedge-fund manager in Russia and founded by financiers Edmond Safra and Bill Browder. Interior Ministry police claim the complex scam was pulled off by a sawmill worker and a burglar, both currently serving five-year sentences, in cahoots with four others, all of whom are now dead. One had a fatal heart attack before the crime took place. A second fell from his balcony. The third plummeted out a penthouse window. And then there was Sergei Magnitsky, a 37-year-old lawyer for Hermitage who died in prison after complaining police were torturing him to retract evidence that the $230 million had been stolen by a ring of corrupt tax officials, Interior Ministry cops and career criminals. Almost all the money is still missing. Irina Dudkina, the spokeswoman mentioned above, told Barron's that bank records were all destroyed in a truck that crashed and exploded in 2008. What are the odds?! It was Browder who pushed for the investigation, Browder who wants to get to the bottom of it all. Because he is allegedly the VICTIM of this crime. The story goes on to unpack the role of the tax official, Olga Stepanova, and her family, and how large sums of money appeared in various accounts of the Stepanovas in various places like Cyprus and Dubai.

The money arrived at Credit Suisse through a globe-spanning trail of shell companies created by a Who's Who of offshore-secrecy consultants -- including a New Zealand agent whose operation we've previously found amid North Korean arms trafficking and money laundering for a Mexican drug cartel (see "Small New Zealand Firm's Link in Smuggling Case," Jan. 4, 2010).

That New Zealand case links to the plane seized in Thailand carrying missiles allegedly from North Korea to Iran. From there we could go into Victor Bout, Wachovia Bank, money laundering of Mexican drug money, etc. We don't have time for that but we think it's safe to say that whatever is going on with this case with Mr. Browder, it connects into other high elements of organized crime.

And so the main question here is whether Mr. Browder was a victim or was he the perpetrator of this tax fraud, availing himself of these shell companies to launder the money.

Because if he is the perpetrator, he would presumably have people on the inside of the Russian government who would be in positions to arrange things to happen, like tax refunds, and to arrange things to disappear, like evidence, etc. That is the DEFINITION of organized crime. It is organized. There are people on the inside who make things happen officially.

BUT, would Browder the American possibly have such contacts in Russia? Based on the information we uncovered about his background and his partners, we would think YES. And we are not the only people who think that, but one has to do A LOT OF SEARCHING THROUGH THE THICK WEEDS to come to this conclusion.

In the alternate version of events that we offer for your consideration, supported by the diligent work of many others in the above links, Magnitsky was the accounting mastermind behind the tax fraud. The Russian authorities were onto Browder for years but he had bribed his way out of several earlier lawsuits. The raid at Firestone Duncan took place and various documents and seals were confiscated. All key Hermitage employees quickly left for London except Magnitsky, who was booked to leave as well but the police arrested him first. That mishap was spun as Magnitsky heroically staying behind to be the whistleblower.

We are not sure about the raid, and whether Browder had some corrupt people in on the raid, because certainly it seems that Hermitage made delicious lemonade out of those lemons. The stamps and documents were seized, which became "stolen." And from there the whole tax refund narrative became possible with the "stolen" seals. We find this account of the raid most interesting along those lines, but can't understand why the dates are completely off.

We find this Occam's razor analysis the most likely explanation for what happened -- an excellent analysis by Mark Chapman of The Kremlin Stooge blog and one of his contributors, kovane.

So representatives of HCM approached one Oktay Gasanov, whose acquaintance Semyon Korobeynikov specialized in that sort of tax scam. They created duplicates of seals (later, an expert examination showed that the stamps on the false tax rebate applications had NOT been made with the ones seized during the search of Hermitage’s office), and reregistered all three companies to Korobeynikov’s associates. One of them, Markelov, later testified that he had once met with Magnitsky, who prepared the false tax rebate applications and stamped them with the duplicate seal. HCM wanted some insurance and refused to open new accounts in Korobeynikov‘s bank, insisting on using old accounts, opened in HSBC Bank. The companies then went on with losing the bogus cases in court, creating losses. [inoculation - ed.] And that’s where Hermitage made an egregious blunder that ruined their entire ruse. The court fees were paid from the accounts in HSBC bank already AFTER Hermitage’s claim about the hijacking of Makhaon, Rilend and Parphenion. Everyone was in a bit of hurry – the tax rebate applications had to be filed before the end of the year, when suddenly in October 2007 Gasanov died of a heart attack. He was the single liaison between Hermitage and Korobeynikov, and the latter had everything he needed to organize the scam. So he decided it would be much merrier to go on without Hermitage. Such a turn of events couldn’t have made Browder happy, and HCM started ringing all the alarm bells. They quickly “investigated” the scam and wrote letters to the Investigative Committee, Prosecutor General’s Office and MVD on the 7^th of December, 2007, revealing all details. But it was too late – on the 24^th the tax rebate applications were filed, and on the 26^th all $230 million were transferred to the accounts opened in Korobeynikov’s bank beforehand. Later, Korobeynikov died in an accident – he fell from the balcony of his country house, tying the single loose end in this case. Browder tried to force Renaissance Capital to reveal the information about the circumstances of their entities’ involvement in the similar scam, but it seems without result. The Russian police investigation only revealed additional evidence that Hermitage had had something to do with the tax fraud – the constituent documents of allegedly hijacked companies were found in possession of one of Hermitage’s lawyers. And part of the money was recovered later: only $25 million of the whole $230 million, but that’s it.

So it's still a little confusing we think, but our main goal is not to clear everything up from 7000 miles away, which we certainly can't do and will leave that to the fine journalists and bloggers who understand financial skullduggery, but we are happy to poke big holes in the Hermitage narrative. We want people to understand at least one thing: just because there's corruption in Russia, it does not follow that Bill Browder wears a fucking halo.

So let's conclude with a little vignette about Bill Browder.....the self-made man at the center of this case.

Gideon Lichfield, a writer for the Stanford Business report, apparently attended Browder's 40th birthday party in Moscow in 2006.

As the fake Lenin declaimed, the real Browder simpered, and the virtual Browders pontificated silently around us, we watched with both amusement and embarrassment, exchanging snide jokes about his overblown ego while stuffing our faces with sushi and downing cocktails at his expense....quite a lot of people—including not a few of Browder's birthday guests—do not really like the man. Since his visa to Russia was revoked a year ago, there has been not a little schadenfreude that the upstart has finally gotten his just deserts—as well as feverish speculation about whom he finally pushed that one step too far. Browder's demeanor is a strange mix of caution and directness, like someone who is permanently ready both to be attacked and to meet it head on. But he owes his success, in large part, to an ability to make enemies without overly caring...."When you make a lot of money investing," he says, "it releases a certain chemical in your body and it's as addictive as crack cocaine."

This is the man who complains incessantly about Russian corruption, and accuses Russian officials of causing the death of Sergei Magnitsky, and gets the support of people like Senators Cardin, Kyl and Lieberman, Hillary Clinton, et. al. to make a blacklist to punish 60 high level Russian officials doing their jobs uncovering corruption in Russia, and literally causing a geopolitical upset between the US and Russia over Sergei Magnitsky. Because the Russian officials are doing a bad job? Or, are they doing their jobs too well for some people?

French police have determined that Amschel Rothschild, heir to
the fabulous Rothschild banking fortune, was murdered, according
to well-placed European sources.

But, French Prime Minister Jacques Chirac has ordered police to
close their investigation. Media outlets worldwide have ignored
these mysterious developments. Some have reported the death was
a suicide, other outlets disregarded the death altogether.

As if obeying an invisible choir-master, the world's competing
news organizations silenced their strident sensationalism this
month to cover up the mysterious death.

In the United States, newspapers controlled by Rupert Murdoch,
the foreign-born owner of the world's largest media empire,
either studiously ignored reports that Rothschild had met a
violent end, or relegated it to the back pages as a mere "heart
attack."

A *Spotlight* inquiry has established that Rothschild, 41, a
billionaire investment banker and a noted sportsman in excellent
health, was discovered lifeless on the floor of the bathroom of
his suite at the luxurious Bristol Hotel in Paris on July 8 at
7:32 pm.

Police found that he had been strangled with the heavy cord of
his own bathrobe. One end of the cord was attached to a towel
rack, as if to suggest that Rothschild's violent death was
self-inflicted.

"The [French] crime scene investigators never called it
'suicide,'" reporter Theirry de Segonzac told *The Spotlight* in
a telephone interview from Paris. "After photographing the body,
one of the detectives gave the towel rack tied to the body a
strong tug. It came right out of the wall."

Had Rothschild really attempted to hang himself from that rack,
he would have ended up with nothing worse than a couple of holes
in the wall, de Segonzac said.

There was no suicide note, no discernible cause or reason for a
finding of suicide, knowledgeable sources say. Rothschild, an
athletic and imperious figure in early middle age, was a renowned
race car driver and the husband of Anita Guinness, herself one of
the world's wealthiest heiresses. The couple had three children
who spent most of their time on the family's baronial estate in
Suffolk, England.

Rothschild had arrived in Paris to take over one of the many
family consortium's French assets -- management operations which
were to be merged with N.M. Rothschild's London-based investment
banking center.

"Far from being 'troubled,' Amschel Rothschild's star was on the
rise and he relished his success," says an executive at Keefe,
Bruyetter and Co., a respected Wall Street monitor of the
financial services industry. "I don't believe for a moment he
suddenly went and killed himself. There's much more to this
story."

But with frantic speed -- within an hour after the body's
discovery -- authorities and news executives in both France and
Britain launched an unusual joint offensive to preempt a public
inquiry or a press investigation into the circumstances of
Rothschild's death.

"Murdoch sent a hotline fax to his 600-odd editors and news
managers around the world, ordering them to report Amschel's
death as a heart attack, if at all," said British broadcast
reporter Ian Gooding. "No one around here has ever seen such
pressure to kill a front-page story. But in the end, the
cover-up was complete."

It's been a very long time indeed to have gone without posting here as my other site keeps me well busy. You have my apologies, so without any further delay we'll get started straight away. The origins of this investigation started when I was watching a documentary on the making of the film "John Carpenter's Halloween" (that is the true title although people have shortened it to just 'Halloween'). I've always found this film intriguing, and have a great respect for the severely underrated film director John Carpenter. Carpenter has produced many films of note that disclose and portray things not often portrayed in film, especially today. Escape from New York, Assault on Precinct 13, The Thing and They Live are all considered classics now, that impart a grounded atmosphere and introduce anti-heroes that have magnificent resonance. It was during the documentary that it was revealed that the producer of the Halloween films was none other Moustapha Akkad. Akkad was a proud Muslim and was murdered along with his daughter Rima Akkad Monia in a terrorist's bombing at the Grand Hyatt hotel in Amman, Jordan. Knowing what I know about black ops, false flags and the lot, I found this particular incident suspicious and highly unusual. One because the grand majority of terrorist acts are actually black op false-flag attacks engineered by the Mossad, CIA, MI6, or a combined effort of all three by proxy using pseudo-gangs such as Al Qaida or the Taliban. The Raymond Davis affair particularly reveals this type of operation in full glaring detail. So I did some investigation into Akkad and the terror bombing in Amman and this is what I uncovered.

Akkad was a Syrian-American film producer and director born in Aleppo, Syria July 1, 1930. After Syrian independence from the French colonial rule in 1946, he pursued his dream of film direction through studies at the American Aleppo College. He wanted to go to the US to accomplish his goal in Hollywood, but prospects were dim. However, through the assistance of his American theatre arts teacher Douglas Hill, he was able to get accepted into the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). In 1954, when Akkad was 18, he arrived at the airport to leave. My father said goodbye and put $200 in one pocket and a copy of the Koran in the second pocket, saying "That's all I can give you." He attended UCLA for four years and graduated in 1958. Shortly after, he interned under the American director Sam Peckinpah whilst studying for his Master's degree at the University of Southern California (USC). Los Angeles director Sam Peckinpah contacted Akkad whilst searching for an Arab speaking consultant while developing a film on the Algerian revolution for independence. Unfortunately, when the Algerian Revolution ended, the film was subsequently dropped, but the bond between Akkad and Peckinpah remained.

After graduating USC, Akkad accepted Peckinpah’s invitation to work with him as a production assistant at MGM studios on the movie "Ride the High Country". Akkad later moved on to the CBS News Department and, with Peckinpah’s encouragement, produced his own show entitled “As Others See Us”, which examined the different ethnic groups in the States and how their backgrounds affect their lives in America. Following this success, he then formed Akkad International Productions, specialising in documentaries as well as features. The success of one of these early documentaries, "Caesar’s World", broadcast across the United States, allowed him to open offices for his film company in Beirut, London, and Hollywood. Hosted by actor Cesar Romero, the show would visit different locales around the world and offer insight to its people’s culture and history. Akkad then embarked on an extensive jet-bound campaign to raise financing for the 1976 film, “The Message”, telling the world for the first time in international feature film proportions, the story of the beginnings of Islam. In the film The Message, Akkad proudly sought to create an atmosphere of understanding between Islam and the West (a progression diametrically opposite to the goals of Zionism). Due to the sensitive nature of the subject matter, and the importance of the spoken language of the Quran, Akkad made movie history by simultaneously filming his epic in two languages, English and Arabic, with two completely different sets of actors. This effort was just another example of his dedication to the integrity and accuracy of the films. Akkad stated in an interview, “I did the film because it is a personal thing for me. Besides its production values as a film, it has its story, its intrigue, its drama. Beside all this I think there was something personal, being Muslim myself who lived in the West I felt that it was my obligation my duty to tell the truth about Islam. It is a religion that has a 700 million following, yet it's so little known about it which surprised me. I thought I should tell the story that will bring this bridge, this gap to the West.”

Akkad went on to form Falcon International Productions, and to fully finance and distribute “John Carpenter's Halloween”, a modest-budget spine-chiller, written and directed by John Carpenter. Carpenter, an aspiring young filmmaker, and producer Irwin Yablans, set out to make a low budget, horror movie about babysitters being stalked and killed on Halloween. They approached Moustapha Akkad for project support and financing. After speaking with Carpenter, and hearing his ideas and passion for the project, Akkad agreed to finance and produce the film. Eventually, John Carpenter's Halloween went on to break all box-office records for an independently produced and distributed film. After the success of Halloween, Akkad set his sights on another epic story of resistance. His next film, “Lion of the Desert”, would see him reunited with Anthony Quinn in the title role. Quinn would play Omar al-Mukhtar, an Arab Muslim teacher who rises up against fascist Italy’s invasion of Libya. Akkad kept producing films in the Halloween series and other in the horror genre, but they were clearly meant to be financial vehicles to fund his true passion, which was to produce films on Islam and heroic Semitic Arab heroes. Former Jordanian Prime Minister Tahir Masry who was a friend, commented "He (Akkad) had a good sense of what he wanted to do," Masry said. "He wanted to establish an Arab cinema production company to make big productions about Arab history and historical figures." This is very important to note, as if you reflect upon the current agit-prop demonisation of Islam, Muslims and people's of Semitic (Arabic) descent you can clearly see how this would conflict with Zionist machinations. The denigration and defamation of Arabic peoples has always been the focal point and primary goal of post-Israel Zionism. One only need examine Hollywood television and film productions from that period to today to corroborate this statement. In today's Hollywood, Akkad's positive films on Islam and it's heroes would NEVER see the light of day, much less gain funding, the resources to produce it and the associated distribution. The forces of strategically infiltrated Zionist interests have established an infrastructure in place that only reflects media that advance their agenda.

Akkad had a studio at Twickenham in Great Britain and he tried to buy famed Pinewood Studios from the Rank Organisation. In 2001, he began preparations for his third epic entitled "Saladin", a high-budget Hollywood production with Sean Connery cast in the role of the Muslim sultan. Akkad lacked the funding for the project, so he toured the Arab world from 2003 to 2005 seeking support for his Saladin project. The film, which was to cost $80 million and to be filmed in Jordan, was described by Akkad shortly before his death: "Saladin exactly portrays Islam. Right now, Islam is portrayed as a terrorist religion. Because of a few terrorists are Muslims, the whole religion has that image. If there ever was a religious war full of terror, it was the Crusades. But you can’t blame Christianity because of a few adventurers did this. That’s my message."

Moustapha Akkad was known to be a very intelligent man, keen to the ways of the world and the inner workings of his profession. In an interview conducted at his Century City, Los Angeles office, March 26, 2002, Akkad boldly laid bare Zionism's power in Hollywood and the world. "The media runs the world. Absolutely. No tanks or planes. The media and the public companies. This is what The Protocols of [the Learned Elders of] Zion [is all about]. The Zionists, last century, were persecuted in Europe. So they immigrated to the United States. They had a target. They were united. And they did not permit [statements] critical of Zion. They went all the way to control the world and to control the minds of the people through the media. There's a lesson to learn from them. They have control of the media here. We know it. They did not do it through tanks or machine guns. They planned of course. They united." Akkad asserted. He continued… "There is a red line if I get into the issue of Israel but the Jews, like everyone else, wants to make money…". The interviewer Luke Ford then states, "But movie and TV producers are 70% Jewish."; and Akkad replies: "Yes. The studios are. That control is financial but not the creative aspect. You can't be more Jewish than Miramax [owned by Disney and operated by Bob and Harvey Weinstein, distributed last two Halloween films]. They financed me and I did it. But probably if I did something about Israel, they would not. So I get financing from overseas, such as when I did The Message."

On November 9, 2005, 3 separate terrorist bombings simultaneously attacked the Radisson SAS, Days Inn and Grand Hyatt hotels in Amman Jordan. The combined casualties numbered at 60 dead and 115 injured, the original figures were 67 dead and over 300 injured, but the figures were inexplicably revised by the Jordanian government. Among the casualties was Moustapha Akkad and his daughter Rima Akkad Monia, Rima was killed immediately and Moustapha was critically injured and died on November 11th. The suicide bombings were quickly attributed to 4 individuals who spoke "Iraqi-accented Arabic", and were affiliated with the Abu Mus’ab Al-Zarqawi‘s Al-Qaida group in Iraq. In the post-911 false-flag rampant world, this is what I refer to as red flag number one. The pattern is now all too familiar, the horrific terrorist attack, followed by the all-too convenient blame the intel-connected patsy pseudo-gang. Who just so happens to belong to whatever nation the Triad of Hell (Israel/US/UK) happens to be targeting for their resources or strategic military value at the moment. I think the attacks on 9/11 and 7/7 proved this beyond a reasonable doubt now and anyone who still believes otherwise either has interests and benefits with our covert enemy, was just born, cognitively dissonant or is cognitively retarded. In the face of such massive amounts of detailed information and evidence, there can be no other conclusion.

When one reviews Moustapha Akkad's life, knowledge and works, he was a threat. Definitely to the Zionists in particular, but also to the Triad of Hell, who were seeking to incite hatred and enmity against Muslims, Islam and Semitic peoples. You simply cannot tolerate any influence counter to this agenda and Akkad had in his heart and mind to decimate these negative Arab stereotypes and educate the world to the realities of Islam, Muslims and Arabic citizens. His projected film 'Saladin', in which a courageous leader fights off a military crusade was just a little too close to current affairs. Its potential impact and influence contrary to the virulent state and media generated propaganda geared towards turning minds to hatred, intolerance and war for "freedom". It is completely within the realm of possibility that Akkad at the Grand Hyatt was a target of opportunity. The main targets were Major-General Bashir Nafeh, the head of Palestinian military intelligence in the West Bank, Colonel Abed Allun, a high-ranking Palestinian Preventive Security forces official, Jihad Fatouh, the commercial attaché at the Palestinian Embassy in Cairo, and Mosab Khorma, a senior Palestinian-American banker and former Paltel CEO. This is red flag number two, as it is now well-documented that the Mossad regularly targets high-profile Palestinians for assassination abroad. Also killed during the terror bombing at the Grand Hyatt were three Chinese delegates of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) who may have met with the Palestinian officials. Their deaths prompted a dispatch of an investigating 'working group', composed of officials from the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from China. A bit much for seemingly innocuous delegates visiting in Jordan don't you think? In later mainstream media reports, the Chinese delegates were changed, and referred to simply as 'Chinese students'.

Amongst all this unusual and suspicious evidence is the biggest red flag of them all and one that now showcases a familiar pattern with these terrorist attack cases. Wait for it… On the 10th of November, the Los Angeles Times used this quote in an article: "The Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz reported that Israelis staying at the Radisson on Wednesday had been evacuated before the attacks and escorted back home "apparently due to a specific security threat." Amos N. Guiora, a former senior Israeli counter-terrorism official, said in a phone interview with The L.A. Times that sources in Israel had also told him about the pre-attack evacuations. "It means there was excellent intelligence that this thing was going to happen," said Guiora, a former leader of the Israel Defense Forces who now heads the Institute for Global Security Law and Policy at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. "The question that needs to be answered is why weren't the Jordanians working at the hotel similarly removed?" If Israelis were warned and evacuated at the Radisson prior to the attack, then you can best bank on the fact that they were also at the Day's Inn and Grand Hyatt. The story originally printed in Ha'aretz ran: ''Scores Dead in Three Amman Hotel Bombings; Israelis Evacuated Before Attack" - By Yoav Stern and Zohar Blumenkrantz." Also, the attacks were categorised as suicide bombings, however Jordanian police sources told Reuters that they were bombs previously planted. In the case of the Radisson, police stated that it was a bomb planted in a false ceiling.

To begin, this post will be longer than standard to accommodate some aspects of this case that need exposition. For a sudden death, shrouded in mystery of a high profile individual to occur is unusual. For another death to occur to yet another in ones family, to someone so young, and under equally mysterious circumstances, is frankly improbable. I knew it was when I had first heard the radio blare out that Brandon Lee was dead, then when I examined the means and evidence, I knew that this was no accident.

Brandon Lee was a man trying to negotiate contradictions and questions in finding his own path in this life. His Eurasian ancestry made life challenging for him at times, as he sought to find his identity within two worlds of the East, and the West. Not finding home in either, he amalgamated them instead and forged his own path. This, was also compounded also by unreasonable expectations on him to walk in his fathers shoes and bear his mantle. Brandon however cut his own way, on his own terms, following a destiny that he created from the shadow of his father the great Bruce Lee.

In life Brandon Lee seemed like just another actor striving to become an action hero, using his parents fame as a launching pad, but he was actually much more than that. He was deep, introspective, contemplative and stridently individual. He was his father's son and had in him that same fire, that same unidentifiable quality that made him a burgeoning extra-ordinary individual. It's said that the assumed elite don't terminally neutralise people for who they are, but their power to inspire, influence and lead through their personality. We are all tested everyday in the different levels of our life and this testing gains rewards and punishments. The chap who wants to sincerely change the world doesn't get the CEO's position, or any position to effect that change. There are mechanisms in place, and strategically placed human gatekeepers to ensure that the status quo remains exactly that way. However, every once in a while there are those from amongst the masses who shine and transcend their station. They are exalted into celebrity through their personality, their talents and how they relate to the masses and represent them. Thus they bypass the system when their popularity amongst the masses elevates them to grassroots celebrity. This is why a Bono Vox of U2, the quisling bootblack of the elite could never rise to the level of stature of a John Lennon, though he fancies himself as such. Lennon spent his mature life fighting, financially supporting progressive causes and promoting revolutionary ideals. Bono however sucks off the elite, advances their degenerative policies and acts as a vanguard frontman for their twisted agendas. Lennon was murdered for his beliefs, Bono was promoted and rewarded because of his double-agent acting and crypto fealty.

The media personality that reveals the truth publicly on Israel's war crimes gets immediate ostracisation, ridicule and attack. People join Freemasons, satanic cults and secret societies for the networking opportunities, to get closer to the assumed elite, to get the immunity from prosecution, and other assorted gang perks that come with being a connected predator. The woman who openly pontificates on 9-11 being an inside job at the workplace won't get that promotion, but the man on the radio who does the same and conveniently excises Israel's criminal enterprises is left to prosper unmolested in any way. Brandon, much like Peter Tosh, Bill Hicks, Jacob Miller and others didn't pass the test for one reason or another. They were profiled, vetted, surveilled, tested and assessed for whether they would act as tools for the furtherance of the diabolical agenda or hinderance to it.

Brandon Lee began to rise in popularity due to his down-to-earth persona and martial arts acumen, he had a broad appeal that the masses were able to gravitate to. Just like his father, he portrayed characters who were the common man fighting back against injustice. It was in his last film The Crow where he truly displayed the person he had become. The Crow was not a normal film, it was dark sure but the production values contained serious satanic overtones to those with trained eyes. Originally the Crow was originally a series of American comic-books by James O'Barr, that told a powerful and moving tale of love, resurrection and solemn vengeance. Though dark and realistically brutal, it contained no occult or satanic trappings whatsoever. When Hollywood picked it up as a creative property and produced it, it became a wholly different production, and there was clearly someone with satanised knowledge consulting. Watch the film closely and you'll see what I mean, Druidic rune graffiti adorned the urban set of Detroit which was not at all relevant to the locale. The satanic colours of red and black figure prominently in nightmarish flashback sequences throughout the film. The main villain "Top Dollar" and his witch sister/girlfriend Myca were explicitly satanic in dress and practises. The night The Crow is resurrected is Devil's Night, the night before Halloween. There is much more defining demon-friendly ambiance and accoutrements in the film than I will explore here. Suffice to say, the production setup looked as if it was unusually conducive to a ritualised murder.

On March 31, 1993, during the filming of The Crow on set in Wilmington, North Carolina, Brandon Lee was shot with a live round, .44 calibre bullet from a Magnum disturbingly dubbed "Funboy". It was three takes into the scene where Lee was to walk in on his fiancée being sexually assaulted by street psychopaths. Actor Michael Massee in the role of the chief punk 'Funboy', was to point the weapon in the direction but not directly at Brandon Lee. The magnum was to be aimed at an angle that only appears to be pointed at an intended screen victim. This is standard practise in proper film production, that everyone on the set handling weapons are to explicitly treat blanks as live rounds. Corroborated by Wilmington Police reports, Massee had whirled the Magnum about wildly overhead, then levelling the gun at Brandon and firing. Brandon was hit in his abdomen 3 inches to the lateral right of his navel and went down bleeding profusely from major, irreparable internal damage. He immediately fell into unconsciousness and was dead three minutes afterwards. Despite arriving at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center D.O.A., doctors worked to attempt resuscitation for over 5 hours. An oddity that I find of note, as why work on someone who is literally dead for that amount of time? Unless, perhaps Brandon wasn't actually dead on arrival as reported.

So what we have is a live .44 calibre round placed into a Magnum, that wasn't supposed to be, aimed directly at Lee and fired, killing him. A police investigation throttled from on high of a contaminated crime scene and District Attorney Jerry Spivey labelling the crime near immediately as an accident. There were three separate film takes of the scene where Brandon Lee was murdered, and the 'Funboy' Magnum was fired twice successfully, before the fatal round. The evidential implication is that the gun DID NOT have a dummy bullet accidentally lodged in the chamber as the official story contends. For if it was it would have most assuredly have been flung out while Massee was waving it wildly about, or have been dislodged when fired during the previous two takes. What this clearly does indicate is that a live round was deliberately inserted into the handgun calculatingly and with malice aforethought. Or perhaps a replica of the 'Funboy' Magnum was swapped in and handed to Massey during the third take? That would clearly implicate the gun prop handlers Bruce Merlin, Charlene Hamer or Daniel Kuttner.

A North Carolina Hanover County deputy reported one alarming fact, that was never followed up on. An unidentified Asian-American extra, was on the set and positioned himself with the gun prop team, by expressing his love for guns and obsession with the martial arts film genre. He volunteered to clean the set weapons and expressed that he had travelled from New York City expressly to come down for the filming of "The Crow". The extra was never formerly questioned, nor his true identity discovered as suspiciously the Crowvision Inc. movie company time sheets were found to be conveniently missing. Also, the mysterious Asian-American person of interest left the film set after Lee's shooting and never returned. One piece of evidence that would depict exactly what happened would be the actual film footage of the Lee shooting. Unfortunately that is not possible due to District Attorney Jerry Spivey ordering all evidence sealed, and the judge in Linda Lee Cadwell's (Brandon's mother) subsequent lawsuit ordered all the video footage destroyed.

Below are some additional unsettling occult aspects, and new evidence to consider in this case:

• In the film, Eric Draven and his fiancée Shelly Webster, who play about with occult gothism, are targeted, tortured, and murdered on the night of October 30th, Devils Night. It occurred 3 hours before midnight, on the night before their wedding that was scheduled to occur on October 31, Halloween. I is during the filming of this particular scene that Brandon Lee was shot and killed.

• 11 minutes of the original shooting of The Crow were deleted as prior to it's deletion the film apparently received an X rating by the Motion Pictures Association of America (MPAA).

• The main villain Top Dollar and his sister/girlfriend are generational satanists whom employ ritual sacrifice as a means to secure personal power.

• There is a scene in the film following Eric Draven's resurrection as The Crow, where he is climbing up a building and to his right is depicted an all-seeing eye with the words TAMISRA above it in shadows. Tamisra in ancient East Indian texts is one of 28 Hells and defined as: Tamisra Hell. Who goes to this hell? A man who takes way the wealth of others by fraud, or kidnaps the child or wife of another by force, are the ones who go to this particular hell. Why is this particular scene embedded in this film?

• The band in the movie playing during the henchman Skank's death was called 'My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult' an industrial dance group known for their sleazy satanoid themes.

• The final fight scene is shot in an abandoned church, which in the real world cult cases, are known to be used by satanic cults for their denigrative ritual value.

Find anything of satanic interest in this shot?

• In the final rooftop of the church fight scene, The Crow character receives a Katana blade sword thrust into his back and the blade protrudes exactly where Brandon Lee was shot by a .44 calibre bullet. The autopsy reported that his bullet wound was three inches to the lateral right of his navel, examine the picture and tell me what you see. Since the film was completed after Brandon's murder on the set, I find it more than a bit odd that they arranged this macabre scene by accident. It's more like a twisted 'Revelation of the Method', in-your-face, ritualised mocking to eyes sharp enough to spot it.

Today I was watching Bruce Lee's posthumous final film The Game of Death. I had seen the film many years ago, and quite a number of times, though not with the same investigative eyes or mind. What struck me is one particular scene in the movie where a rather poor imitation Bruce Lee's character named Billy Lo is being stalked and warned of consequences for not capitulating to the threats of an entertainment industry syndicate. When they fail in their pathetic multiple attempts to physically coerce him they decide to finally kill him off. How you may ask? The syndicate sends one of their thugs to the set of a film where Billy Lo is filming a final scene that involves a firing squad type shooting of the character he's portraying. The hitman named Stick infiltrates himself amongst the other actors preparing to shoot at Billy Lo as just he jumps in the air. Just as in the final scene of Bruce Lee's Fist of Fury (aka The Chinese Connection) where the hero named Chen Zen is murdered with a volley of treacherous gunfire. The assassin 'Stick' crouches just as the director walks up and gives final instructions whilst passing out blank cartridges to their weapons. He states Gentlemen, these are blanks. Only aim upward. There's a wad of paper that comes out and can injure someone.", As the director passes out the cartridges, the hitman 'Stick' quickly changes his blank out, inserting a real bullet into his .38 calibre revolver. The director shouts "Action!" and as soon as Billy Lo runs and leaps in the air, the stuntmen fire and 'Stick' shoots billy in the face. Needless to say Billy survives his facial injury and gets his revenge.

What has this to do with Brandon Lee? Well, The Game of Death was released in 1978 and 15 years later, Brandon's shooting (read: murder) on the set shooting a scene for his final film the Crow, mirrors the exact assassination scenario portrayed in The Game of Death. Down to having real ammunition substituted for blanks and murder under the cover of an on-set movie shoot. The only difference is that in Brandon's case, the plot was followed full course to his ritually staged demise. Dismissed as a "tragic accident" or a laughable Chinese family curse, which of course are the prepared cover stories. Coincidence in the course of criminal investigation is a red flag, and it can hardly be accepted at face value during the course of proper crime analysis. In fact in terms of calculated criminal conspiracies, nothing plays better to obfuscate a crime like orchestrated coincidences. Believe enough convenient cover stories, and soon you'll start swallowing horseshit like 19 hijackers standing down NORAD to crash planes into buildings, "terrorist" attacks on Iraqi civilians every time the US mouths their intentions to pull troops, or Alleged Palestinian rockets stamped with conspicuous Hebrew writing" fired into Israel that produce infinitesimal amounts of alleged casualties and next to no damage. You see coincidence and cognitive dissonance are forever entwined with one another. For together they produce an opportune exit door when truth becomes too scary to deal with. The escape artists retreat for those who embrace fairytales for mass consumption as a lifestyle choice.

It is completely within the realm of plausibility that the same engineers behind the premature death of Bruce Lee, were the very self-same interests also behind the staged murder of his son, for it seems they both represented a similar threat. What better twisted pathology than to commit it in such a mocking manner that it leaves such an obvious a point of evidence. The revelation of the method, set in quite plain view before our very eyes and I'm only sorry I didn't pick up on it until just now.

While attempting to investigate the ‘rescue’ of the FRR members, he was found hung in his military accommodation in Basra on October 15. Reports indicate that he had displayed no signs of stress or illness and that no suicide notes were found at the scene. There was no government enquiry, no questions in the House, and nobody went to jail.

I've been holding off for a bit in doing this post on the suspicious death of Bruce Lee, precisely because of its importance to myself and others. Those who know my reputation and style know that I put a lot of research into what I cover and uncover. So I wanted to make sure that I provided due service and diligence to this story. What I find most infuriating about his death is the concerted and orchestrated effort to smear facts and evidence with the absurd horse-shit that Bruce Lee and his son Brandon's death was because of some 'ancient Chinese' curse. Well, if that is true it must be the same one that afflicted the Kennedy family as well right? Well, when one examines the evidence in both cases, they come away with no mystical curses, but first-degree murder deployed through covert means.

If Bruce Lee could be summed up in one single word it would be Intensity. It's how he lived his life in totality, which matched his Chi. Lee's Chi could be as tranquil and deep as a lake, or raging, with the ever-rising destructive force of a Tsunami. Controlled force dispersion that flows can only come from tapping in Chi that has been trained and assimilated. Bruce Lee was a consummate martial artist who voraciously sought out and learned any martial art regardless of who or where it was developed. He often schooled others to educate themselves to distil and incorporate the essential and beneficial, and reject that what isn't of practical use or value in everything. He was an innovative trailblazer who devised new ways of empirical fighting comprising all these methods. He promoted healthful lifestyle and invented a novel electro-muscular stimulation invention, that was later co-opted, and now used regularly in the field of physical rehabilitation. He encouraged people to seek the balance and harmony in all and how fluid the energy of life is when viewed in the totality of Yin and Yang. To encompass this internally, to view the world subjectively and recognise ones part in it as a small piece of a universal whole. He studied Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism and many other Eastern and Western philosophies which he incorporated as valuable components that advanced him as a human being. His vision and persona both resurrected and inspired Chinese and Asian pride worldwide. He was fiercely independent and intolerant of the inane and superficial, he forged his own path and defied convention. When he was ordered by Gung Fu sifus to specifically never teach foreigners he did so anyway after winning a fighting challenge.

Bruce Lee, much like Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley and John Lennon all represent the extra-ordinary individual. This I define as someone who excels so well at what they do, that it is near divine in scope, range and effect. Because of this humble, yet magnificent power, it attracts and influences many people. It inspires one to transcend themselves, and see things on a bigger screen which in turn becomes a threat to the assumed elite. You see they prefer their livestock to be docile, stupid and uninspired, creatively neutered and fed a steady diet of base desires, hatred and death. This extra-ordinary personality electrifies, and those who are touched by their works are changed significantly. The powers that be can't tolerate people who encourage that in their slaves, for it will eventually cause dissatisfaction and ultimate resistance. The diabolical gangsters know you better than you know yourself and refine their techniques to accommodate your attempts to escape mentally. The extra-ordinary person represents the near-messianic super-hero who can't be co-opted and must be eliminated.

Bruce Lee's Chi force is alive with ferocity when you saw him in films and exhibitions and it captivated people full-stop. He was nurtured by the martial arts, and in turn cultivated its growth exponentially. He practised, innovated and refined techniques that became super-human such as punching so fast that he could land 9 two-fist punches within 1 seconds time. From his formative Wing Chun training with Ip Man, Lee utilised the 'one-inch' punch, which was literally delivered within a one-inch space from an opponent with sufficient chi power to send them sprawling backwards flat on their arses.

The medical diagnosis of his untimely death on July 20, 1973 was discerned as a cerebral Oedma. Although his skull showed no injury, his brain had swollen considerably, from 1,400 to 1,575 grams. None of the blood vessels were blocked or broken, so the possibility of a haemorrhage was ruled out. Medical examination did however discover some small bruises on his left temple running up to the brow ridge.

On the day of his demise, Bruce was at Raymond Chow's home to discuss and plan the film the Game of Death. Afterwards they travelled to actress Betty Tingpei's flat to continue going over the script, where Chow departs eventually for a scheduled dinner. Shortly, Lee complains of a headache and Betty Tingpei gives him a tablet of Equagesic, which is a combination drug composed of Aspirin and Meprobamate. Meprobamate is a potentially toxic muscle relaxant, overdose symptoms include: drowsiness, sluggishness, unresponsiveness, or coma; loss of muscle control; severe impairment or cessation of breathing; or shock. Death has been documented with ingestion of as little as 12g of Meprobamate and survival with as much as 40g. A likely cause of Bruce Lee's death was an overdose of Equagesic followed by a chemical which triggered a cerebral Oedma. An introduction of a highly toxic dosage of the drug Indomethacin can produce a fatal cerebral Oedema and produce secondary acute renal failure. At 7:30 PM Bruce lay down for a nap and soon slipped into unconsciousness. Raymond Chow returns to Betty Tingpei's flat after she tells him that she could not awaken Bruce from his unconscious sleep-like state. Chow is unable to awaken Lee and calls a doctor who then spends 10 minutes attempting resuscitation, finally calling an ambulance. Lee dies before the ambulance's arrival and he is subsequently pronounced D.O.A. at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Bruce Lee was truly one of a kind martial artist, the only two who come close now would be Tony Jaa and Jet Li in my estimation.

Graziella Corrocher (age 55)

Without a doubt Mae Brussell stands as one of the premier researcher and investigative journalists. She can be accurately described as one of the forerunners of what is now accepted commonly as citizen journalism in the current blogging world. Mae has directly inspired the works of prominent researchers like Alex Constantine, Dave Emory, Nip Tuck, John Judge and others who still produce works today.

Daughter of a Wilshire Temple Rabbi and granddaughter of I. Magnin of the I. Magnin clothing stores, Mae grew up in comfort. She eventually married and had five children where a particular incident changed her life forever. In November of 1963, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated and this was the catalyst that propelled Mae into her career in investigation of conspiratorial events and personalities. She began this journey by purchasing the 26 volume set of Warren Commission documents where she patterns, interconnections and vast other gross criminalities.

The course of this research took her through black ops such as Jonestown and the Symbionese Liberation Army to Nazi collaboration and technical assimilation into the current American landscape. Through government sponsored terrorism, false flag ops, the destruction of the 60's counter-culture; Charles Manson, the Zebra, Zodiac and the Son of Sam murders as a tool of terror, along with assassinations of prominent leaders and satanic ritual abuse and murder. Her expertise became so good that she began regular radio broadcasts of a show that featured her research. She became so effective by naming names and putting together the pieces of the horror puzzle, that she received death threats one of which was from Sandra Good from the Manson family. On December 16, 1970, Mae's daughter Bonnie Brussell was killed in an automobile accident which Mae believed was a warning to her. Other more egregious threats were launched towards her when she exposed linked elements of the U.S. military to satanic cults and practices. These death threats eventually took their toll and forced her off the air. Obstructed by undaunted, Mae continued producing broadcasts from her home and privately mailed them to subscribers. She went back to regular broadcasts in 1983 at KAZU in Pacific Grove California concluding on June 13, 1988. Her work was featured in the publication The Realist which was secretly financed by John Lennon.

Developing such a keen eye and investigative acumen, she could and had predicted many events that occurred before they happened, such as:

• In August 1977 (Broadcast #282) Mae discussed Jim Jones and the Peoples Temple move to Guyana. She speculated it might be a training camp for assassination teams. This was more than a year before 913 members of the church were massacred on November 18, 1978.

• On March 29, 1981, much of Mae's broadcast was spent discussing the power- struggle within the Reagan Administration and asked who will kill off their team members first. The following morning President Reagan was shot in Washington D.C.

• On May 29, 1968 Mae confronted Rose Kennedy at the Monterey Peninsula Airport and handed her a note telling her Robert Kennedy would soon be assassinated. A week later he was shot to death at The Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles.

In an interview with Conspiracy Digest, Mae summarised her personal outlook and philosophy — "I am against the planned political assassinations by our intelligence and defense agents.The CIA-FBI-DIA and DISC (Defense Industry Security Command) were set up originally to protect citizens of the USA. I am outraged that our judicial system since 1947 has been patterned after Nazi Germany. Patsies are dead or locked away. The assassins walk the streets or leave the country - "home free". I am against using the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Earl Warren, to cover up the assassination of President Kennedy. When the highest court is corrupt, there is no hope at local levels.

I am against allowing the CIA to spend $25 million since 1947 for the express purpose, as stated before, to alter our behavior. Is the State supreme over individuals? Who owns or controls our minds? Why was CIA Director Allen Dulles allowed to order 100 million LSD tablets? Were half the U.S. population going to receive their doses? What gives the CIA and Pentagon the right to define normal, or to determine what is national security? Are we being drugged through food, water and supplied with chemicals so we become slaves and robots? Where is all the cancer coming from? Why the preoccupation with death? Why is the U.S. Government in the business of creating a "Psycho-civilized" world? Who is ordering the ultrasonic waves to lower brain waves of city populations to an alpha state, leaving citizens susceptible to mass propaganda and hypnotic suggestion? These facts have been confirmed by researcher Walter Bowart in 1977. I learned about the project years ago.

I am against the mass media - CBS, ABC, NBC, UPI and AP being used by Washington D.C. since WWI, and by the CIA wince WWII, as pure propaganda tools. My positive philosophy is very simple. I believe there is in each of us a potential for peace and harmony. A few power-mad perverts dictate orders that must be challenged. They are going against the laws of nature. A family and society that does not care for its infants with love and affection will create and does produce mad bombers. Whilst in the midst of a far-reaching investigation into the Presidio molestation case Mae was hit with a fast-onset cancer and died on October 3, 1988; she was 66 years old.

You should know and remember that there are many different compounds and viruses that can cause cancer and can be most effectively modified to aggressively attack the body with very high resistance to treatment. As a tool of covert assassination it is exceptional as it is easily written off in medical forensic examinations. Cancer introduced through viral means is called an Oncovirus and it was estimated in 2002 cancer research that 17.8% of human cancers were caused by infections. In Bob Marley's case it was vectored through a sharp copper piece of metal in a pair of boots given to him as a gift by Carl Colby, the son of William E. Colby Director of the CIA.

Walther Rathenau

Lord Northcliffe was one of the most powerful obstacles to the Zionist conquest of Palestine, and from there the world. If he had succeeded in setting his power against Zionism, there may have been no 911, no 7/7, no USS Liberty, perhaps not even a Second World War.

Northcliffe was trying to use The Times among other publications in his media empire to publish the truth about the obscenity of Zionism crushing Palestine, a land he traveled to personally to see for himself the truth. While travelling in Switzerland he was pronounced insane by a mysterious French doctor (which adds to the conviction of some of us that the banker's paradise of Switzerland is central to many of the calamities that have fallen to the world), and died shortly afterwards, though many of those who saw him shortly before his sudden death considered him to be in fine health.

The murder of Northcliffe illuminates the hideous power of the beast that stalks us all, one that easily removes any obstacle to their dark agenda. Fortunately for them, and unfortunately for the whole of mankind, those who defy them try to use reason, the law and decency, whereas the creatures use bomb, bullet, poison and secret influence, making the outcome decided from the start.

As with all obstacles to Zionism, their Wikipedia operation cleverly leads it's ignorant readers to the conclusion that anything but elite secretive fascists were responsible for his death, in this case by slandering his memory in the very first paragraph. James Garfield

James Garfield became President about a decade and a half after Lincoln's assassination. Garfield, too, was a strong foe of the central-banking scheme. He saw American history as a struggle between freedom and slavery – freedom to pursue one's own destiny, or slavery in bondage to the banks that bled the economies of nations and shackled its peoples with insurmountable public debts.

In 1881, Garfield said, “Whoever controls the volume of money in our country is absolute master of all industry and commerce…and when you realize that the entire system is very easily controlled, one way or another, by a few powerful men at the top, you will not have to be told how periods of inflation and depression originate.”

Two weeks later, he was dead. Garfield's presidency lasted only 100 days, and ended with a bullet.

Abraham Lincoln

Pyotr Arkadyevich Stolypin

Another of those curious 911 moments that seem to reoccur in the story of Zionism was the murder of Count Stolypin by a Jewish assassin in September 1911.

Stolypin was a central part of the attempted reforming of Czarist Russia, in concert with the Czar Nicholas himself, giving three million landless Russian peasants the land they worked on.

Count Stolypin's daughter was summarily executed in 1917 by a Jewish commissar (so called Bolshevik commissar), when he discovered she was Stolypin's daughter, a savage act that heralded the vicious reign of these creatures, and the subsequent murder of over sixty million real Russians, though this atrocity itself may be overshadowed in the future if these terrorists have their way.

"In 1914, Edith Cavell, an English nurse, was running a hospital in Belgium.

Edith took charge of the Belgian Relief Commission which aimed to get food and medical supplies to war-ravaged Belgium.

Allied charities sent huge amounts of food and medicine to Belgium. Edith discovered that certain people in Britain were making sure all these supplies ended up in the German Empire.

She discovered that Jewish-owned banks in England were sending money to the Germans to help them buy these supplies.
This was causing famine in Belgium.

Edith wrote a letter of protest to a British magazine The Nursing Mirror, which published the letter on 15 April 1915.

Edith’s letter was shown to Sir William Wiseman, a Jew who was high up in British Intelligence.

Reportedly, Wiseman contacted Max Warburg, the Jew in charge of German Intelligence, and told Warburg to execute Edith as a British spy."

Col. James Sabow was a Marine officer who was found dead in 1991 at his home at Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, Calif.

A number of official investigations have concluded that Sabow committed suicide. Members of his family have long insisted this to be untrue and say that Sabow was murdered because he knew of weapons- and drug-smuggling activities at the base.

The case is back in the news because of the shooting Thursday at the Pentagon by, according to authorities, John Patrick Bedell. Facebook postings by someone named John Patrick Bedell express sympathy with the Sabow family’s conclusion that an undiscovered conspiracy lay behind Sabow’s demise. Joseph Daniel Casolaro

Casolaro was found dead in a bathtub in the Sheraton Inn, Martinsburg, West Virginia, one day after allegedly arranging to meet a source in connection with an investigation he had referred to as "the Octopus." His research centered around a complex story called the Inslaw affair, and a sprawling conspiracy theory supposedly connected to it.

Government officials twice ruled that Casolaro's death was a suicide. However, within days of his death, family and friends were arguing that he'd been killed: Gary Lee of the Washington Post wrote, "Friends and relatives strongly suspect foul play, though they presented no evidence of it. They cited what they called the strange coincidence of Casolaro's death and his investigation into the Inslaw case."

J.H. Hatfield

Deborah Jeane Palfrey

During several recent appearances on The Alex Jones Show, Palfrey said that she was at risk of being killed and that authorities would make it look like suicide. She made it clear that she was not suicidal and if she was found dead it would be murder.
"No I'm not planning to commit suicide," Palfrey told The Alex Jones Show on her last appearance, "I'm planning on going into court and defending myself vigorously and exposing the government," she said.

She was convicted on Tuesday, Apr 15 2008 of money laundering, using the mail for illegal purposes and racketeering, but she had not yet been sentenced. The charges stemmed from her operation of the Pamela Martin & Associates escort service, a prostitution service that catered to members of Washington's political elite. Palfrey faced 57 to 71 months in prison. She was free pending her sentencing July 24.

Willi Munzenberg, an early confidante of Lenin, organized the Popular Fronts in the 1920's and 1930's and referred to them as "my innocents' clubs". He pioneered the protest march, the demonstration, the radical bookstore and publication, the arts festival, and the recruitment of naïve celebrities ("fellow travellers.")


In the words of historian Stephen Koch, Munzenberg "was amazingly successful at mobilizing the intelligentsia of the West on behalf of a moralistic set of political attitudes responsive to Soviet needs. In a 1989 interview, Babette Gross, the wife of Willy Munstenberg, described the Popular Front modus operandi:

Jorge Haider

As we reported elsewhere, there are strong indications that Austrian politician Jorge Haider may have been assassinated and a car "accident" effectively used to cover the crime; in much the same way Princess Diana met her end.

Now a reader informs us that Austrian authorities are going to some considerable lengths to cover the crime and effectively blacken Haider's name.

They have to, particularly after an estimated 25,000 mourners turned up at his funeral in Klagenfurt, the capital of the Austrian province of Carinthia where he was governor for more than a decade. If they don't Haider may become an icon.

So for a start, the Austrian authorities are changing their story about the circumstances leading up to his death. Now they are saying Haider drank a bottle to vodka before he left on his fatal trip, instead of the vast quantities of Italian white wine, as they originally claimed.

There are now also allegations that he fondled a man at the gay bar, for which the police have now kindly provided a picture of Haider simply in a bar to help substantiate those claims.

Moreover, the mainstream media is now reporting that Haider's driver, Friedrich Schager was sent home after the magazine launch at the nightclub. This is in contrast to earlier reports that claimed Haider dropped him off at home.

Perhaps more significantly, in the immediate aftermath of his death party deputy Stefan Petzner said Haider was "drunk" when he crashed.

This was before any formal investigation into Haider's death and before police had even completed their investigations.

Harold Rosenthal

In 1976, the plan for "Jewish world domination" outlined in The Protocols of the Elders of Zion had been largely realized. Harold Wallace Rosenthal, 29, a personal assistant to New York Senator Jacob Javits felt that Jewish power was so unassailable that he could make some extra cash by telling this story to Walter White Jr., the editor of the Conservative monthly Western Front.

"Too many Jews do not have the guts to tell you how we live and plan, but I am not intimated by anything or anyone," Rosenthal told White.


"It is too late for your Christian followers to put up a defence. That time is long past. Long, long ago we had to become the aggressors! That is undoubtedly one of our great purposes in life. We are aggressors!"

Rosenthal needed gambling money but his candor cost him his life. On Aug. 12, 1976, he was killed in a foiled skyjacking in Istanbul. Walter White concluded that the incident was a cover for Rosenthal's murder.

Drasius Kedys

The photographer accused of helping MI6 to murder Princess Diana was found in a burnt-out BMW with a hole in his head, a court heard today.

The Frenchman owned a white Fiat Uno, which Mohamed Al Fayed claims he used to cause the fatal collision that killed the princess and his son Dodi.

The Harrods boss believes the photographer was planning to go public with his "involvement" in the alleged British secret service plot when his charred body was found in a forest near his home in the South of France in May 2000.

Col. Ted Westhusing

More details emerge on Col. Ted Westhusing's "suiciding" in Iraq. Days before his supposed suicide by a "self-inflicted" gunshot wound in a Camp Dublin, Iraq trailer, West Point Honor Board member and Iraqi police and security forces trainer Col. Ted Westhusing reported in e-mail to the United States that "terrible things were going on Iraq." He also said he hoped he would make it back to the United States alive. Westhusing had three weeks left on his tour of duty in Iraq when he allegedly shot himself in June 2005.

It is noteworthy that after Westhusing's death, two top Army generals, both responsible for training Iraqi forces, General Dave Petraeus, the Commander of the Multi National Security Transition Command Iraq (MNSTCI), and Maj. Gen. Joseph Fil, the Commander of the 1st Cavalry Division, were quickly transferred without much fanfare to Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and Fort Hood, Texas, respectively.

Army Spc. Alyssa R. Peterson

Alyssa Peterson was a U.S. Army Specialist, certified in Arabic language and fluent in Dutch. She served with C Company, 311th Military Intelligence BN, 101st Airborne. Peterson was also received training in interrogation techniques at the known military intelligence hub known as Fort Huachuca Arizona.

She was stationed at Tal Afar airbase in northwestern Iraq, ostensibly and specifically to conduct interrogations and translate captured documents. She couldn't have arrived at a worst time, as the U.S. mission hardened from orders on high, to specifically use methods and techniques of torture rebranded as "enhanced interrogation". These acts are conducted in isolated, restricted and tightly controlled areas, with fully sanctioned, informational plausible deniability applied. In her capacity Peterson was expected to function much like her associates and apply these methods upon those taken in combat or rendered and branded as enemy combatants. However, as reported by journalist Kevin Elston, "Peterson objected to the torture techniques used on prisoners and refused to participate after only two nights working in the unit known as "The Cage". Army spokespersons for her unit have refused to describe the interrogation techniques Alyssa objected to. They say all records of those techniques have now been destroyed." Later Army records also revealed that she had been allegedly "reprimanded" for showing "empathy" for prisoners and contrary to military training which instructed her to "… that you have to be able to turn on and off the interrogation mode -- that you act differently towards the people we meet with outside of the detainee facility." One fellow soldier remarked that, "She said that she did not know how to be two people; she ... could not be one person in the cage and another outside the wire."

After her refusal of task she was then assigned to the base gate monitoring Iraqi guards. According to a later investigational report, she was then put under suicide watch after refusing participation in interrogation sessions which she stated constituted torture of Iraqi prisoners. On September 15, 2003, Peterson was found dead allegedly from a shot from her service rifle. Three days later her sudden demise was then officially ruled death by "non-hostile weapons discharge". This, according to Army officials, includes a number of possible scenarios that are being considered such as: "Peterson's own weapon discharging, the weapon of another soldier discharging, or the accidental shooting of Peterson by an Iraqi civilian". That seems fairly ambiguous and very wide an estimation to then arrive at a final suicide ruling in my personal observance.

What we're left with is the possibility of a suicide if one trusts the official story, but more likely it may have been a murder to silence her. Some of what she had witnessed was prisoners stripped naked, beaten and having lit cigarettes extinguished upon their body. In addition, cramped confinement, stress position, sleep deprivation, insects placed in a confinement box and waterboarding were also known to have been used. Considering that Army spokespersons stated that ALL records of the torture techniques had been destroyed, it was obviously egregiously worse. Then you have an alleged suicide note left by her, which of all the records requested by Kevin Elston via FOIA request, was never manifested. An official report also reported that Peterson kept a notebook of her writings that was located next to her body but the contents were conveniently blacked out.

There have been many comedians who have trail-blazed in the tradition of socially-conscious, political comedy -- Lenny Bruce, George Carlin and Richard Pryor just to name a few. There was but one Bill Hicks whose brand of no-holds-barred commentary challenged audiences to confront their own ignorances while educating them to bitter realities and truths that exposed the absurdities in contemporary life. Hicks was unusual in that he used his comedy like a sniper uses a rifle after a target, and his wit was deadly accurate. Politically astute and culturally aware, Bill Hick's dark comedic edge went after religious hypocrisy, consumerism, institutionalised mediocrity, political crimes and uncomfortable glimpses into satanised depravity as the character "Goatboy". His humour can be correctly categorised as government upsetting, and He was one of the very few comedians to ever explore conspiracies directly in his shows such as the JFK assassination and the Waco conflagration best demonstrated in this clip here:

On June 16th, 1993 Bill Hicks was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer after complaining of pains in his side on his Australian tour. He died shortly from it's fast advancement at 11:20 PM, February 26th, 1994. As you'll read at this site his was a life cut short by cancer and he is far from alone. When you apprise yourself of the deaths of Jack Ruby and Bob Marley, you'll see just how cancer can be induced and used as an effective covert assassination tool.

Stanley Kubrick was an accomplished, renown, film director of American birth. His films were widely received and known for their innovative cinematography, creativity and ingenuity. The subjects of his films were diverse and infused with cleverly infused messages directed to his audiences for informational edifications.

• A Clockwork Orange, was a clarion call that allegorically exposed the machinations of MKULTRA mind-control and programming, at the height of its operation during the time of the film's production. When viewed by those knowledgable to mind-control crimes, experiments and such, Kubrick clearly demonstrated clearly that he had collected inside knowledge of these operations, and wanted the public to be aware of it. After receiving death threats directed at himself and his family, Kubrick had the film removed from circulation in the UK.

• The Shining, one of his more mainstream films, darkly portrayed isolation, the seduction of demonic evil, supernatural cognition, and a man's descent into homicidal madness. The insular debauchery, and classism of the 'elite' were also touched upon as well.

• Full Metal Jacket accurately depicted the rigours of basic training, military mental indoctrination, peer-terrorism and soldier as gang-member. Also delineated was the resilience and tenacity of an invaded peoples, and the contextual utter absurdity of war.

• By far Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut, was his most cinematically expositional. With insightful aplomb he reflected the realities of the most taboo of subjects: satanic cults composed of elites, human sacrifice and paedophile networks. The front drop dealt with a professional, bored with his life and specifically his marriage, until his curiosity brings him in full contact with the realities of an underworld that slithers all about him. Eyes Wide Shut was a commentary on disaffected decadence as a lifestyle, as much as it was an exposure of the organised evil lurking about just beneath the surface.

Shortly after screening a final cut of Eyes Wide Shut for his family, Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman and Warner Brothers executives, Kubrick suffered a sudden myocardial infarction in his sleep. What makes his untimely and sudden death suspicious is the nature of the very verboten subject he covered. For those unfamiliar with the real crimes, personalities and the institutionalised power of satanic groups, Eyes Wide Shut's depiction presented it in very real terms. I would imagine that in the circles of Hollywood this would not be something desired whatsoever, especially when Kubrick had full artistic control and final editing. To the powers that be, this would be yet another in the series of exposures into the realities of their operations.

Something to be mindful of is how relatively simple it is to induce a heart attack in a targeted person. There are a number of chemicals, some of them classified, which can be used to perform the deadly task of producing premature heart failure. (Ex?) Mossad agent Victor Ostrovsky detailed in his book how a network team of Mossad agents once drugged a target and induced a heart attack by immersing him in freezing cold water while he was unconscious. Depending on limitations of time, resource constraints and credible backstory engineering, assassinations of this type are not only technically possible, but have been historically implemented as expedient methods of untraceable murder.

Viewed in the abstract the suggestion of Stanley Kubrick's possible murder seems incredible at first glance. However when placed in the context of the premature demise of many extraordinary and charismatic individuals it is perfectly plausible. For the extraordinary individual is a threat not for what they know, but their potential influence on the masses. A prime example of this would be John Lennon and Bob Marley.

Kubrick was quoted as often stating a very revealing credo of his: "Be suspicious of people who have, or crave, power." He added, "Never, ever go near power. Don't become friends with anyone who has real power. It's dangerous."

David Croke

A man serving life for murdering a London businessman he was sent to threaten by property baron Nicholas van Hoogstraten (Zionist/Satanist) has been found hanged in his cell.

David Croke, 64, of Brighton, was convicted at the Old Bailey in 2002 of killing Mohammed Raja, 62, who was suing Mr Hoogstraten over a business deal.

He was stabbed five times and shot in the face with a sawn-off shotgun after answering the doorbell at his home in Sutton on 2 July 1999.

Croke was found in his cell at Whitemoor prison in March, Cambridgeshire, on Tuesday with a ligature around his neck, the prison service said today. Staff and paramedics tried to resuscitate him without success.

Mr Hoogstraten was sentenced to 10 years for Mr Raja's manslaughter in 2002, but his conviction was quashed by the Court of Appeal (by fellow Satanic Freemasons) as unsafe because of a "flawed" direction to the jury by the trial judge.

George Orwell

Orwell wrote two hugely important books, Animal Farm and 1984, the former relating how the elite view the world and us, and the latter describing how they intend to dominate us further in the future. The damage control at the time (and ever since) was based on discounting his books as being about Soviet Russia, much in the way that JFK's secrecy speech was wrongly assigned. Both men were, of course, just like many others over the years, talking about the illuminati/banksters/elite.

He's not generally regarded to have died suspiciously, as an active life including military service in Spain and living as a "down and out" for research could easily have provoked the TB that killed him, but his early death bears the hallmark of a removed impediment to what has now grown around us, and he was being monitored during the writing of 1984 by a so called "communist".

I suspect that these days an insider like Orwell breaking ranks would be suicided in a more high profile way as a warning. The elite are far more personally vicious now than in Orwell's day, and they are emboldened by their success and the wider public's total ignorance of them. Their religious psychosis is also increasing as, in their world, their success is a direct endorsement of their zealotry.

John F Kennedy

Jack Kennedy appears to have been an independent American President, possibly the last of these. In particular he had stated an intention to rein in the CIA, The Federal Reserve bank, and also to block Israel's attempt to get the atom bomb. Any of these groups, or perhaps all of them combined, were capable of killing a President in full view of the world's media.

The startling fact about this murder is that more than one camera was filming that day, including very clear professional shots from media cameramen filming the event. That footage is never seen, only the grainy amateur Zapruder footage, which portrays the horror but insufficient detail to prove what happened.

I have only recently come to the conclusion that the two CIA men calmly stood behind the car just yards away as the murder took place were almost certainly either filming the event, or more probably firing the fatal shot with camera guns. They do not dive for cover on seeing their president's head blown off just yards away, an instinctive reaction from any innocent onlooker fearing for their own safety.

Kennedy's murder was perhaps the start of the modern age of runaway terror and out of control intelligence agencies allied to wealthy and powerful foreign interests, with extreme religious zealotry at the core of their existence.

From Kennedy to the USS Liberty to 911 to Iraq/Afghanistan and on to the next escalation, which will probably be a mushroom cloud somewhere.

William Colby

William Casey

Casey was due to appear before the HSCI on 16th December. The day before, CIA physician, Dr. Arvel Tharp went to visit Casey in his office. According to Tharp, while he was being examined, Casey suffered a seizure. He was taken to Georgetown University Hospital and was not able to appear before the HSCI. Tharp told Casey he had a brain tumor and that he would have to endure an operation. Casey was not keen and asked if he could have radio therapy instead. However, Tharp was insistent that he needed surgery.

Casey entered the operating room on 18th December. The tumor was removed but during the operation, brain cells were damaged and Casey lost his ability to speak. As his biographer, Joseph E. Persico, points out (The Lives and Secrets of William J. Casey): "one school of rumors ran, the CIA or the NSC or the White House had arranged to have a piece of the brain removed from the man who knew the secrets".

Robert Gates now became acting director of the CIA. He claimed that he was not involved in the Iran-Contra operation. As Lawrence E. Walsh pointed out in Iran-Contra: The Final Report "Gates consistently testified that he first heard on October 1, 1986, from the national intelligence officer who was closest to the Iran initiative, Charles E. Allen, that proceeds from the Iran arms sales may have been diverted to support the contras. Other evidence proves, however, that Gates received a report on the diversion during the summer of 1986 from DDI Richard Kerr. The issue was whether Independent Counsel could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Gates was deliberately not telling the truth when he later claimed not to have remembered any reference to the diversion before meeting with Allen in October."

William Joseph Casey died on 6th May, 1987. After his death, Oliver North testified that Casey had played an important role in the Irangate Scandal. Lawrence E. Walsh argued in Iran-Contra: The Final Report: "There is evidence that Casey played a role as a Cabinet-level advocate both in setting up the covert network to resupply the contras during the Boland funding cut-off, and in promoting the secret arms sales to Iran in 1985 and 1986."

Gary Underhill

Frank Olson (July 17, 1910 – November 28, 1953) was a U.S. Army biological warfare specialist employed at Fort Detrick in Maryland, who was at first said to have taken his own life due to depression. Later it came out, in the 1970s, that he had been unwittingly given LSD at a joint meeting between CIA spies and US Army biowarfare experts, who cooperated on biological weapons and toxins and drugs under the umbrella of MKNAOMI and MKULTRA. This was said to have driven him to leap out of a hotel window ten days later. Further evidence pointed to the CIA having assassinated Frank Olson over fears that he would reveal the entire U.S. biological warfare program, as well as the chemical interrogation program, to the press.

"Researcher Jim Keith died at Washoe Medical Hospital on September 7, 1999, during surgery to repair a broken knee he suffered after falling off the stage at the Burning Man Festival in Black Rock, Nevada. Doctors stated that a blood clot was released during the surgery and travelled to the heart, causing a pulmonary edema.

Following his death, speculation about Keith’s "accident" became rife. After Keith's death, the state of Minnesota cancelled all knee surgery for a brief period after three patients died: and Cryolife, a tissue bank outside of Atlanta, Georgia, was found to have supplied cadaver tissues tainted by a form of clostridium bacteria - the same pathogen which had killed Ron Bonds.

This is the kind of coincidence chain that raises the eyebrows of many researchers. Add to it that in his 1999 biowarfare book, Biowarfare in America, Keith wrote about Larry Harris, who was arrested by the FBI for anthrax possession in 1998. According to Keith, Harris claimed that an attempt had been made on his life with a needle containing a cobra venom which could induce blood clots in the lung. And Keith had previously written at length in Fate magazine about the CIA’s warehousing of a large supply of clostridium bacteria... the same bacterium which was to kill himself and Ron Bonds."

Princess Diana made so many powerful enemies it was a wonder she survived as long as she did, among them the weapons industry, the Royal Family and Zionists (she was probably Jewish herself). I should imagine they and more were lining up to send her on her way.

My interest is partly truther related and partly personal, as I once met Diana while working as a waiter in a break from college. She dominated the room, even though she never said a word, and totally overshadowed her husband, just as she stole the limelight in later years from the entire "firm" and it's many parasitic civil list freeloaders.

I may have embellished it with the passage of time, but I would swear that when I looked directly at her standing a few feet away, she flashed just the merest of flirtatious half smiles. She was good at that sort of thing, as a string of later lovers seemed to bear out.

The assassination itself was complex, but car crashes are a tour de force of the hidden ones, and the occult nature of the act clearly indicates her death was no mere accident. The reaction of the press also confirms this, as does the part played by another occultist, Tony Blair, shedding crocodile tears while feeding on the nation's emotion, both spiritually and politically, as is their way.

Diana's injuries were not as severe as we've been told. Any third rate AE ward in a half decent hospital could have saved her life (and the baby's, rumour has it), but first on the scene was a mysterious doctor, who no doubt delivered the coup de grace.

Diana died from an induced heart attack, another victim to add to the millions over the years.

Lawrence was a British intelligence operative who was sent to the Middle East to unite the Arabs against the Turks, and therefore save the British from having to throw away their own soldiers in that theatre.

It's debatable whether he turned native and was seduced by the location and it's people and customs (he was a sheltered Oxford homosexual, so that exotic part of the world must have blown him away), or whether his famous image was entirely contrived as part of a deception.

After promising the Arabs the earth, they got nothing after the war, and eventually lost Palestine to Zionism. This may have been the reason for Lawrence's early death, as he would have known where the bodies were buried, politically speaking.

It is possible also that he really did turn native and resented the post war treatment of the Arabs he had fought with, though he did of course pay a crucial part in their exploitation. This sympathetic view is certainly the line taken by the iconic film starring Peter O'Toole: that Lawrence was overtaken by powerful forces determined to sell out his beloved Arab friends.

Lawrence's early death may of course simply have been an accident, as he was prone to riding his Brough Superior far too fast for the suspension and handling of it's day, as he wrote about himself in "The Mint" when he recalled racing a biplane. As I read that passage many years ago I got the impression then that he was a complex man who enjoyed daring the gods to kill him.

The dangerous road he died on is not far from where I live, so I can state that it does indeed conceal hidden dangers, having ridden a motorbike along there myself over the years. In particular it invites flat out riding due to being little used, even to this day.

I've always been fascinated by this man, mainly because of the film that portrayed him as a tortured romantic set in a stunning desert setting. With what I now know about Zionism and other hidden power structures at large in the world though, I'm in two minds about his real role in history.

My instinct tells me that he was removed, and just twelve years after his death of course, Israel came into being, which if indeed he was a friend of the Arab world, he would have had something to say about, much in the way of another famous figure who was also getting a little too close to the Muslim world when she died in Paris, for instance.

Because of this, I am an easy target for attacks. Such is the lot of a man not caring about censorship (the communist one before, and the politically correct one today). Good God, I didn’t become a historian to write between lines. A historian has one basic role to perform. It is to reach the truth. In essence, truth is a historian’s only friend. A historian ought to know that truth has no hues; truth is always clear, and one.

Professor Ratajczak’s death was ruled a ‘suicide,’ but skeptical people, perhaps bearing in mind the recent arrest of a Mossad assassin operating in Poland, are asking how a person in an advanced staged of composition was able to drive to a public parking lot and park a car?

In the preface to his prescient treatise, “Dangerous Topics” Professor Ratajczak opined:

“Writing about Polish – Jewish relations is a risky activity. Especially for the Pole, who believes that these relations should be presented on the basis of truth. It’s easy then – paradoxically – to be exposed to charges of extreme nationalism, xenophobia and Anti-Semitism. The consequences are often sad: a social boycott (everyone has those friends they deserve), racial and publishing blacklisting. In the end-occupational death.”

Unfortunately, and certainly unforeseen by Professor Ratajczak, ‘occupational death’ transformed into physical extinction."

The survivors' account paints perhaps the most detailed picture yet of what happened on the deepwater rig -- and the possible causes of the April 20 explosion. The BP official wanted workers to replace heavy mud, used to keep the well's pressure down, with lighter seawater to help speed a process that was costing an estimated $750,000 a day and was already running five weeks late, rig survivors told CNN.

"BP won the argument, said Doug Brown, the rig's chief mechanic. "He basically said, 'Well, this is how it's gonna be.' ...Shortly after the exchange, chief driller Dewey Revette expressed concern and opposition too, the workers said, and on the drilling floor, they chatted among themselves. "I don't ever remember doing this," they said, according to Barron. "I think that's why Dewey was so reluctant to try to do it," Barron said, "because he didn't feel it was the right way to have things done."

"Revette was among the 11 workers killed when the rig exploded that night."

Pat Tillman

Tillman sacrificed the good life and a multi-million dollar football career in the belief that he was defending his country from outside enemies, and soon after 9/11 turned down a contract offer of $3.6 million over three years from the Cardinals to enlist in the U.S. Army.

It was during Tillman's second deployment to Afghanistan, after previously serving in Iraq, that he was killed by what the U.S. military initially claimed was a Taliban ambush. It later emerged that the ambush story had been concocted by the Pentagon in an attempt to exploit Tillman's death for pro-war propaganda. Subsequent investigations claimed that Tillman was killed as a result of a friendly fire accident.

However, in July 2007, the results of an Army medical report found that Tillman had been shot three times in the head with an M16 from a mere 10 yards away, clearly suggesting that the incident was a targeted assassination.

"Army medical examiners were suspicious about the close proximity of the three bullet holes in Pat Tillman's forehead and tried without success to get authorities to investigate whether the former NFL player's death amounted to a crime," reported the Associated Press.

"The medical evidence did not match up with the, with the scenario as described," a doctor who examined Tillman's body after he was killed on the battlefield in Afghanistan in 2004 told investigators. "The doctors - whose names were blacked out - said that the bullet holes were so close together that it appeared the Army Ranger was cut down by an M-16 fired from a mere 10 yards or so away."

Solomon (Shlomo) Obstfeld (55 yrs)

"The June 9 death of an Orthodox Jewish millionaire in New York has stirred controversy as there are conflicting views about the real cause of his death, with some saying he was cursed.

The New York medical examiner maintains that Solomon (Shlomo) Obstfeld died after plunging to his death from the 19th floor of his luxury Manhattan apartment.

Obstfeld's family members and close friends think differently saying he has been murdered following a quarrel with an Israeli rabbi who had cast a "pulsa denura" death spell on the 55-year-old man.

"Suicide is not a common act by an Orthodox person - it is forbidden in Judaism," a friend of the Obstfeld family told Haaretz.

"He was a very happy and successful man, who contributed to the community. There were no signs that he suffered from depression. On the contrary, he did not leave a note, will, letter or any other sign of suicide. If he had committed suicide, he certainly would have left something behind."

Police say they had found no ladder or chair at the scene showing preparations for suicide.

According to a person close to Obstfeld, the millionaire had rented an apartment to an Israeli rabbi at a below-market price.

The rabbi, however, allegedly did not pay the rent provoking a harsh dispute between the two.

After Obstfeld evicted the rabbi, the rabbi allegedly told friends that he had cast a "pulsa dinura" death curse on Obstfeld.

"We spoke with Obstfeld a lot recently, and despite the fact that the rent dispute disturbed him, he did not seem depressed and it did not seem like he had problems," Obstfeld's friend said.

The Russian nuclear weapons expert found dead in Malta last week had said in an interview that Iran posed no threat to any other country.

Dr Alexander Pikayev had told The Tehran Times last year that Iran's nuclear activities were peaceful and accusations that it was building nuclear weapons were "baseless".

Dr Pikayev, Russia's head of the Department for Disarmament and Conflict Resolution Studies of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations, was found dead in a Buġibba flat last Wednesday with a blow to the head. The police believe the blow could have been caused when he fell at his holiday flat.

The Russian expert had told his interviewer he hoped Iran would eliminate ambiguities about its peaceful nuclear activities by continuing to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Calling on Iran and Russia to make further efforts to ensure a stable region, Dr Pikayev had said the regional powers were willing to solve their problems by their own means without foreigners' interference.

The Russian official had noted that the Western sanctions against Iran were "irrational" and "fruitless" because the Islamic state was a developing country, rich in energy resources. In addition, he said the EU had fallen into the trap of US policy and followed suit by imposing sanctions against Iran.

In the meantime, Dr Pikayev's widow flew to Malta after the grim discovery was made, the victim's colleague Alexei Arbatov told The Moscow Times.

The Kommersant newspaper reported that Dr Pikayev had probably suffered a heart attack. But Nikolai Petrov, who worked with Dr Pikayev at the Carnegie Moscow Center, told The Moscow Times Dr Pikayev had not complained about his health in the months before his death.

Dr Pikayev was also a much cited media pundit and often commented on current events in The Moscow Times.

Though the police have not yet ruled out foul play, sources said the victim probably slipped and hit his head to the jamb of a door in the apartment.

He had seen Paul be hardly phased by huge financial-debt problems at times. He recalled that that stretch of pebbly beach had happy memories for Paul, because he had earlier been involved with the BBC filming a ‘Magical Mystery’ tour-type program there (I can’t remember exactly what he told me). People are saying Paul was a bit of a manic-depressive, I asked him, but he rejected that.

Fresh controversy surrounds a mysterious 20-year-old plane crash that killed former Louisiana Congressman Hale Boggs.

New information obtained through an FBI report this week revealed that a tip concerning the location of the downed plane may never have been pursued. The plane disappeared on Oct. 16, 1972, near the Malaspina Glacier.

Despite the new development, however, Alaska State Troopers Friday said they will not mount a renewed effort to find the wreckage of the Cessna-310 that carried Boggs, the former House Majority Leader, and an Alaska congressman, Nick Begich.

Col. John Murphy, director of the troopers, said it would be nearly impossible to find the plane.

"We have taken the time necessary to research the new information received and to review old files, but have determined that to search the coordinate indicated from the radio tracking almost 20 years prior would have negligible results," Murphy said in a statement.

Begich, Boggs, and two others were flying from Anchorage to Juneau when their plane disappeared in a storm near the Malaspina Glacier. The plane was never found despite an intensive search.
A Washington, D.C. newspaper, Roll Call, through a Freedom Of Information Act request, found the existence of the FBI report and questioned whether anyone followed up on the lead immediately following the plane's disappearance.

About 18 hours later, searchers found his body, left wrist slit, in a secluded lane on Harrowdown Hill. Kelly, the UK's premier microbiologist, was in the center of a political maelstrom having been identified as the 'leak' in information about the 'dossier' Prime Minister Tony Blair had used to justify the war against Iraq.

While the Hutton inquiry appears set to declare Kelly's death a suicide and the national media are already treating it as a given, there are numerous red flags raised in the testimony and evidence at the inquiry itself.

Kelly's body was likely moved from where he died to the site where two search volunteers with a search dog found it. The body was propped up against a tree according to the testimony of both volunteers. The volunteers reported the find to police headquarters, Thames Valley Police (TVP) and then left the scene. On their way back to their car, they met three 'police' officers, one of them named Detective Constable Graham Peter Coe.

Coe and his men were alone at the site for 25-30 minutes before the first police actually assigned to search the area arrived (Police Constables Sawyer and Franklin) and took charge of the scene from Coe. They found the body flat on its back a short distance from the tree, as did all subsequent witnesses.

Webb's August 1996 series Dark Alliance for the San Jose Mercury News pulled deep covers away from US covert operations and American denial about connections between the CIA and drugs. Gary left a bigger historical footprint than anyone who has ever touched the subject including among others, Peter Dale Scott, Alfred McCoy, Jonathan Kwitny and me.

His footprint was made possible in large part for two reasons. First, his reporting was meticulous and produced hard records that could not be effectively denied. Second, prominent African-American leaders like Jesse Jackson and representatives Maxine Waters and Juanita Millender-McDonald of Los Angeles and Compton respectively took up the torch lit by Gary and ran with it just before the 1996 presidential election which saw Bill Clinton win his second term just eight weeks after the stories broke. I was there at that time and it is not an understatement to say that much of this country was "up in arms".

Waters at one point vowed to make the CIA-drug connections, fully documented by Webb, her "life's work" if necessary.

In death the major press is beating him almost as ruthlessly as they did in real life. No part of the major press has acknowledged that Webb's work was subsequently vindicated by congressional investigations and two CIA Inspector General's reports released in 1997 and 1998.
